Does anyone know how long this additional 30% off sale is for?

My son's class did secret santa's but they were only allowed to get school supplies which was nice, I had all sorts of extras from buying it before school started. But Target has some neat stocking stuffers in the front of the store, games and books, stuff that might work.

We finally got a call on Friday the 2nd that OD was going to honor the deal from BF. My mom took the call and placed the order so I didn't get to talk to anyone. I'm just wondering how the rebates will work now.... Gotta run out there this weekend and pick up the receipt and talk to the manager to see what they are doing about it, there was at least one for $150 that said the purchase had to be dated that friday or saturday.

I've got 1/2 the stuff up outside and the tree with the lights on inside, I'll finish outside this weekend and decorate the tree the next few nights after work...

I'd have to say I've never had a bad experience at Target on Black Friday. This year was no different. I was going in just for price adjustments but decided to check out that 15" LCD after a last minute decision and not able to find it at 2 different retailers and they had stacks of them. All the employees were helpfull and even the customers were pleasant. Target needs to give lessons they were great !!!

I went to OfficeDepot sorry to say, after getting to Best Buy at 2:00 they ran out of the desktop the person in front of me, so we went next door to Office Depot and waited there and were 3rd in line. When we went to order the $99 AR desktop they got the first 2 people all set and then the person in front of us they started having computer problems. They took all of our information and after we got home this afternoon and around 2:00 we got a call from the manager. Appartently there was a problem. This is how the manager at OD explained it -- HP decided to back out of the deal with OfficeDepot -- The people on the East Coast got the advertised special and a few in Cental Time got it but the majority of Cental Time and the other two time zones were screwed nothing is available. Now it's 2:00 so anything I could have picked up is gone of course and they won't have a solution until the first of the week and aren't even sure what it'll be. This has to have been the worst Black Friday I've had in years.

The BB Desktop for my son.

Here's my son's favorite -- Snowballs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 1-2 cups ground pecans (you can use whatever your fav nut is) 2 cups sifted flour Confectioner Sugar Preheat oven to 325 degrees Cream butter and vanilla. Add sugar, nuts, flour - Mix well Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet Bake for 20 minutes Roll in Confectioner Sugar when first removed from oven and then again when cooled before storing.
