Did anyone see if there is a limit on the amount you must buy? Could I go in and buy a cheap lotion and see how much is on the card, etc? I don't want to spend $50 if its not on there, ya know?

we call it dressing.
I don't have a exact recipe, but what I do is. Cook a pretty big iron skillet full of corn bread. And get a whole chicken and boil it.
I use a big roast pan( we make a good bit of dressing) Crumb up the corn bread( not to fine) once chicken is all boiled i pull apart the chicken and put it in with the cornbread, and use the broth from boiling the chicken. one whole chopped onion, 2 large eggs,a good bit of sage seasoning. tiny bit of salt. some black pepper and sprinkle in just the right amount of sausage seasoning. If it is too thick i add one can of chicken broth. You dont want it to be too thick before you start cooking it or it will turn out dry.

BTW congrats on the pregnancy, seems like you just had DD. They will be close in age and best friends I bet.
Thanks....It does just seem like DD was just born! We are hoping for a boy this time but I would be just as happy for a girl (especially since I have a ton of clothes!)

Has anyone bought this or anyone planning to purchase it? The amazon reviews have been good so far. I've bought so many crappy Wii games though that I want to make sure this is like the great old mario games but newer :)

How many days apart were the orders? It could just have been that when the first order was placed they weren't mailing them out yet?

I got a gift card for the candles last week and had planned to turn right around and use it for another purchase, but they said I could not use it till the next day. Do you think this will be the same?
They will usually let me split my transactions so I can use my giftcard on the second purchase. Sorry you got stuck with a meanie!

I didn't want to start a new thread so I figured I would work off of this one....OP hope you don't mind....My LO is in daycare and I want to get her teachers like a $5 gift...I will wind up having to get like 5 b/c she will be switching classrooms at the beginning of december and having 2 new teachers...I don't want to get her recent teachers something and not get her new ones anything.....Any suggestions on that?

I use to think the same way, however a few years back there was a young woman in line infront of me with a 1 year old a few people made snarky comments about it and she could hear them ( i was nto one of them) eventually she and I got to talking and I found out she and her brother were the only living members of thier family and her Husband didnt have any family either (he was raised in foster care) And not even 6 months before her Husband had been killed (army) and then her brother had been injured and lost his leg (Marines) so she really had no one and didnt know anyone really. I felt really bad for her, I asked her what she was looking for and it was mainly just the deals ont he clothes for her little girl that she really needed. I asked her for her name and number and she gave it to me, needless to say I added a nother 2 people to my list that year and we are great friends now and her daughter stays with my kids at my home on black friday.
That's a really awesome story with a wonderful ending.

My kid is young but I don't have any other family here to watch her. Even my hubby is currently gone so if I ever have to, I will take her with me. Granted, I'm not going to stand out and wait in the cold, I'd either just go to Walmart which is 24 hour or wait in my car or go later in the morning.

I am looking for a cheap Kindle or somethign similar. My mom loves to read and I really want to get her one of these but I can't afford the high price. I was wondering if I could find a refurb one or a device similar to the Kindle that I can put books on for her. Also, are there any places that give you free book downloads?
