I complained about the shipping charges - totaled $45 on a $75 order and I was told I was paying "actual" shipping costs. Needless to say, I got nowhere with my complaint.

For those considering LCD TV I bought the 32 inch Westinghouse LCD TV at BB, I found out about it here first, and I am happy with it. The TV is on sale at BB through today.
