thank you to all of the supportive posts. I am just airing my beef against BB. If BB knew so many people were against their policies, maybe they would change them. I don't know. But I definitely learned my lesson this time. Check store policies, wait until BF, and be patient to buy.

I called three times to see if I could price match. The sale at O. Depot is all day Fri. and Sat. I may still see if they will do it if I walk in with my reciept and their ad. It can't hurt to try in person. what is nvm?

I carry my tiny wallet that has my van key on it. It has room for my liscense, cc, and cash. It fits into the front pocket of my jeans. All thieves suck!

I bought a Compaq Presario laptop on the 3rd. Office depot has the same exact one onsale friday and saturday for 150.00 less and includes a printer!!! I called Best Buy and they won't price match it because: a) it is past 14 days and they won't price match over next weekend. I love my computer, but I wish Best Buy would work with me. Has anyone researched the two digital cameras at/on the Radio Shack ads? There are both $89.99 and if you buy one, you can get a printer for $29.99!!!! This sounds like a really good deal to me. I researched Tony Hawk the new one. It is rated T for teens. It has bad language and more. I would not recommend it for anyone under 18.

I would like too to know what is wrong with Kodak. I already bought the one from Target (Kodak C315) and am going to price adjust it Friday. That is one heck of a bargain for a first digital camera that is super easy to use!!

I also would recommend AVG antivirus program. It is free from the Internet and I had it stopped stuff coming to my computer when Norton let it through. All you need to do is download and I did that as soon as I plugged in my computer!

I have no problem going early, buying the item and then going back for a price adjustment. I can't be in 5 places at once and I am not with a buddy. Isn't this one of the advantages of visiting this site? We can check out the ads early and plan everything early. ONCE AGAIN EACH MAN OR WOMAN FOR THEMSELVES!!

I know that Target and other stores (Kohls, Walmart, etc.) always end up with shopping carts around the Christmas section and toy section piled high with items that shoppers carried around and then changed their mind and put it anywhere in the store. I have often looked through these baskets and have even found some excellent deals. Some times a worker just pushes the basket to the area and then leaves. And don't be shy if you want to go through the basket. At Target, I usually drag it over to Target's price checker and just go through the items one by one. Have fun shopping!

To check for a receipt you do have to be at the same store. I don't think it will be a problem for the price adjustment because all they do is print you another.

I went my first year with my sister. Now I always go by myself. There is nothing worse than itching to go to your next store and your partner still needs something and you can't go. Also, I always make friends in the line where I am. I have never had someone not let me go to my van, or potty or whatever. Good luck!

Just a reminder that Target can look up your receipt if you paid by check or credit card if you lose yours. This can be especially helpful if you lose your receipt and need to price adjust. Just remember two things: 1) Target does not PRICE MATCH 2) If you need to price adjust, you need to do it within 14 days of purchase. Hope it helps....
