Just purchased a PS3 for my son. I am assuming I need another controller, but am surprised at how expensive they are--any good deals? Also looking for sports related games--NHL, FIFA, NCAA Football. Thanks!

We joined the Miley World fan club in hopes of getting tickets in October when they originally went on sale. We tried right at the moment they went on sale, with several computers and phones going at once, but had no luck. On Friday I got an email from Miley World saying that they were releasing additional tickets at noon today, with a special "post sale" code. It was a very frustrating few minutes because we got all the way through and then got booted off, but we were eventually able to score two tickets, in the lower section closest to the stage. Makes me feel a little better about that $30 I shelled out for Miley World!

Thanks--this is exactly the kind of deal I was hoping to find, because even a little off makes it easier to justify! Unfortunately the coupon did not work when I tried it last night, but they didn't have the exact pair I was looking for anyway (Classic short in chocolate.)

Are there any deals to be found on Ugg boots? Last Christmas they were hard to find so I didn't mind paying full price. There seems to be more availability this year, so does anyone have any suggestions on how to save a little? Thanks!

You might consider waiting. At my son's college, some majors recommend PCs, while others recommend Apples. Also, at his school, they have an agreement with Apple and Lenovo, so if you have one of those brands, you get preferential tech support and/or service. We decided to hold off, and my son (a freshman) is still content using his desktop that he brought from home. When we do splurge for a laptop, it will probably be from the school store, since their prices are really good. On the other hand, a great deal may come along that is too good to pass up! I am sure she will be thrilled to recieve such a generous gift.

Costco does checks also. I just ordered four boxes of duplicate checks for $22. Quick turn-around also--I found that when I ordered with those other companies they always hit me up for some type of rush processing fee. I get so many compliments on the cute design, too!

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions. Hopefully I will be able to find it. My son is a freshman away at college, and says he wants/needs nothing. Since he's not around, it's not easy to come up with ideas. He does have PS2 at college and he does play the guitar, so I think he will love this!

I was reading about yesterday's deal on this at Toys R Us, and realized that it is something my impossible-to-shop-for 18 YO son would enjoy. Looking for a good deal online if I can get it in time for Christmas, or a B&M store, but don't have a lot of time to run from one place to the next to find it in stock and/or hunt for the best price. Any advice you can give on this will be appreciated!

I need ideas for a family gift--my BIL, SIL and their 9 YO daughter. Ideas in the past have been Blockbuster movie basket, Amazon g/c, etc. We don't see them too often so don't know things they want/need, so I have to keep it fairly generic. I would like to spend no more than $50 and have it be something I could order online, since they are in another state. If not, then it has to be easily shippable. Not being in the same state presents challenges in that I don't know restaurants or other places they enjoy going. Any suggestions?

I haven't had any luck finding Dell coupons on Ebay lately. I have purchased them many times in the past, but now I only seem to find coupons valid on computer purchases.

I have also been searching for a great deal on this camera. It's so hard to know when to pull the trigger, or if I should just hold off, hoping for a better deal to come along. After not being able to find any incredible BF deals on it, I was hopeful that Cyber Monday would be the day, but the best I have seen is the S2 for $246.45 at Dell. Should I?????? I also am unsure if I should go with the S2 or the S3. I know the LCD is slightly bigger on the S3, but other than that, does anyone know if the difference is worth the difference in price? My main reason for buying one of these cameras is to take pictures of my children at their sporting events--I am a very novice photographer, and will likely use only the basic functions.
