All I managed this year was a tree with lights and Alexa's ornaments. I was grinching big time! Oh and I can neither confirm or deny that the tree was put up in my bedroom....

I only have once and that was stopping at the gas station for Tums. I don't see the need to shop on Christmas.

Only person I've seen in my daily life is a friend looking for one for her 9 year old son. No one else I know has purchased one or was even looking at buying one.

I came home needing a little cheering up and that is exactly what I got. My first two Christmas cards arrived and one with a bonus recipe! Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

On to the Christmas meal now! My Aunt is hosting about 10 of us and making her famous chili with a toppings bar on Christmas Eve. We are each bringing a finger food to add to the table. I'll cook a small ham and a couple of sides for itty bitty and I on Christmas. What are ya'll planning?

Alexa and I were guests at my Aunt's table. We ended up having turkey, dressing, gravy, deviled eggs, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, pea salad, dutch apple cobbler, pumpkin pie, sweat tea and coffee. Our table was full and our blessings are plenty. Happy Thanksgiving!

We are in for some rain.

I had a very long day at work yesterday and camw home to a fantastic surprise. Thank you so much for the thoughtful ornaments not inly for me but my itty bitty as well!!!

I will decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving. I moved into a duplex a little over a month ago and lucky me the previous tenants left the outside lights up. I'm really looking forward to it this year. I can't wait to see if my itty bitty loves the lights as much as I do.

I buy one special ornament each year that brings back a happy memory. I collect snowmen but the ornaments aren't all related to snowmen
