Stay up late Thanksgiving night reading the ads and marking what I'm after. If it is a hot item say at Target, I will plan a route that takes me to the Target that is on the opposite end of town from the "other" popular stores!! Plan is to get to stores with items that are on sale for short itme only.......then spend rest of the day shopping at the mall and other stores looking for other sales.

Paid holiday off here! Only the bosses work on that day!

Typically it's just me and 1 other relative, but last year I created a monster! My 10 yr old daughter came with me and did "her" shopping and loved it!!! She started planning her shopping and making lists the first part of August!

That is awesome!! You two will have a blast together! I took my daughter to her first concert last year (American Idol) it was a time I will always treasure! The only disappoint was to find out that the next weekend Cheetah Girls/Hannah Montana was going to be there!!!
