  1. Thanks for the reminder. I haven't played in a few days. I just got my coupon for my free Dr Pepper.
  2. Thanks, we visit the local Chick-fil-A on a weekly basis. It's my DS favorite restaurant. I'll have to pick up a couple of calendars!
  3. A good friend of mine has the Cricut. It is a great machine!
  4. Check the other rebate form - it is valid for purchases between 10/15 and 10/21, postmarked by 11/11.
  5. Thanks, this is a great deal. One more name off the Christmas list.
  6. Thank you so much! I came across this deal last week, but couldn't find a code anywhere. My son is a Thomas fanatic.
  7. I was hoping to find the Spiderman tent, but the shelf was bare. No other deals to be found here. And the Dollar Spot was still regular price.
  8. Yesterday, I spent 4+ hours uploading 1,200 pictures to Clark Color. I also couldn't get the promo code to work so I emailed them. Since my order totaled $170 before the promo code, I didn't want to submit with the hopes that they would issue a refund. Unfortunately, they didn't send the email below until this morning. I guess that's what I get for waiting until the last minute. I sent them another email about how disappointed I was with their customer service, but haven't heard anything from them. Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the challenges you experienced while attempting to apply your coupon code to your order. Please know that this pop-up that you had received was a system glitch. The actual one cent per print coupon had expired on 9/16/06 and not 10/4/06. Since the pop-up was an error we were honoring any orders that were placed on 10/4/06 with the discount. However, since you had not placed this order by 10/4/06, we will not be able to adjust any future orders for the discount. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us back with any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, Customer Relations CS98
  9. The only school supplies left were backpacks and folders at 75% off. I got a rolling backpack and a Spiderman backpack for $4.xx each and a bag of Hershey Caramel kisses for $1.18. They also had the Back to Basics Egg & Muffin toaster on clearance for $24.xx. I was hoping to find the personal vending machine, but no luck.
  10. Great post. I'll check this out later on this week when I will be near a Lowe's.
  11. We used to buy for everyone, immediate family, extended family, friends, coworkers, employees, etc. I love the Christmas season and the spirit of giving, but it just got out of control. Finally a couple of years ago we decided to scale it back. With my immediate family, we draw names. With my extended family who has grown apart the last few years, we started having a white elephant exchange. It has turned into bringing the most hideous thing you can find! We have had more fun as a family than we have in years. For my husband's immediate family, we've reduce the amount of gifts significantly. For everyone, we've tried to focus on more handmade or home grown gifts that carry more meaning than a store bought gift.
  12. I have a Dept 56 village - my mom got me hooked several years ago. If you check with smaller Hallmark or other card stores in January, you can get some good deals on them. Last year, we got my mom the Empire State Building at half off (before Christmas) because the lights didn't work properly. We had just visited NYC with her that summer so it had a lot of meaning behind it.
  13. Has anyone received their prints yet? I'm curious about the quality of them. I probably have 1000+ to print, but don't want to spend the money if the quality is not good.
  14. I found the 2 pack of freezer mugs on clearance for $0.98, regular $3.99. They also have freezer pitchers for $0.98.
  15. I got the Evenflo Congo Rock-a-Bye Swing for $34.xx today (50%). It was the last one left, so I didn't want to wait for it to go 75%. The swing was clearanced at $48.xx at another Target and online as well.
  16. There were no good deals at my Target today.
  17. I stopped by my Walgreens this morning. The summer stuff was still full price. But since it is 101 everyday this week and "fall" is still several months away for us, they probably won't make our stuff down for a while (although Target has clearanced out all their summer stuff).
  18. Congratulations. Thanks for all of your hard work thus far!
  19. Varnerific - Thanks for the heads up. I looked at this table on Wednesday, but it was marked $37.xx. Since our Target is slow to mark things down, I didn't scan it. Today, it was still marked $37.xx, but scanned at $12.48. If we don't give it to my son, it will make an awesome birthday gift for someone. I usually spend that much for a toy they won't play with for long!
  20. I got a Polly Pocket 2 Cool at the Pocket Plaza with DVD for $2.68 (reg $10.79) and a Thomas Take Along Bill & Ben for $2.24 (reg $8.99). Also some graduation cards that you print at home for $0.98 (reg $3.99).
  21. That's an awesome find - I'll have to see if my DT does that as well! Thanks!
  22. Thanks for the recommendation of www.sidestep.com. I typically use Travelocity to search for the cheapest flights (although it does not search for Southwest flights). Travelocity charges a $5 per ticket charge, so once I found out which airline is cheapest, I purchase directly through the airline's website to save a couple more dollars.
