  1. Anybody know of any current JCPenney codes? Thanks!
  2. Mine too. I wonder how long they'll milk the 30% before they break down and mark it 50% off.
  3. Nope, my store only dropped to 30% off this past Sunday. And it was 25% off for way more than two weeks. They want to get every penny they can before the summer comes to an end, meanwhile all the other stores have been 50% off or more for a couple of weeks now and are getting in fall stuff. And it's not like CVS even carries great merchandise anyway -- it should be way cheaper by now.
  4. I just bought two quad chairs at CVS for $4.99 each.
  5. Does anyone know when CVS summer clearance will go to 50% off? It's been 25% off for at least a month now. All the other stores seem to be 50-75% off right now, but not CVS.
  6. Yep, the EXPLORE25 code worked for me! Thanks!!
  7. At my Target, it seems like everybody grabs the clearance stuff at 30% and 50% off, so by the time it gets to 75% off, the shelves are practically bare. At 90% off, all that's left is the broken crap nobody wants.
  8. Man, my Old Navy sucks! They barely have any clearance stuff, and what they do have is all picked over...
  9. The code worked! Thanks again!
  10. Thanks, I'll give it a try. Do you have any idea how long it's good for?
  11. Does anyone know of any LL Bean coupon codes, specifically for free shipping? Thanks.
  12. Anyone know when the Eddie Bauer picnic stuff will go lower than 30% off?
  13. We got our wooden set at Sam's back in 2003 for $600. Every year they put out a "new and improved" version of it, with a higher price. This year's model is close to $1000, which is still a pretty good deal when you compare it with other sets.
  14. Shouldn't this be in the Deal Finder thread?
  15. Now, what is the point of PAYING for a coupon?? Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose?
  16. The closest one to me is in Albany. I rarely get up there.
  17. We belong to Sam's Club. No CostCo around here, and the nearest BJs is close to an hour away. At Sam's we buy: bottled water toilet paper paper towels tissues toothpaste Fig Newtons Taquitos butter lemonade mix iced tea mix fruit cups water softener salt cat litter crackers fruit roll-ups gushers sharp cheddar blocks milk/choc milk corned beef hash spaghetti macaroni tuna mandarin oranges spaghettios juice boxes hand soap Rice Krispies treats clam chowder mayonnaise Chex Mix fruit ....and various other things that happen to catch our eyes!
  18. Did anyone notice if Roseanne was reduced at Walmart?
  19. Our Target already has spring clothes out in the children's dept.
  20. Ours comes down anywhere from Dec. 26th - Jan. 1st....whenever we just can't stand it anymore. I actually packed up all the indoor decorations today, along with the ornaments. Just waiting for hubby to take the lights off and dismantle the tree. Our outdoor decorations are very easy to take down as well - I'll do that today or tomorrow. Our tree has been up since the day after Thanksgiving, so we've had our fill of it. We enjoy the tree and decorations during the month of December...the time leading up to Christmas. After Christmas is over, it loses all meaning for us and we like to get the house back to normal.

    Doll House

We got our daughter the Step2 Fashion Place for Christmas. This thing is huge and made of that hard plastic that lasts forever! It even comes with furniture. We ordered it directly from the Step2 website from the clearance section. It is regularly $79.99 marked down to $44.99 and it is still available if you're interested. http://www.step2.com/direct/specials.cfm?stp2ssid=7C00DF18-1143-E489-2D86E125DC6DAE21&action=details&product_id=1163
  22. My Target is already all picked-over when it's just 50% off. By the time it gets to 75% off, the shelves will be bare.
  23. Mine is the same way. He never looks for the best deal. The first store he goes to that sells whatever he's looking for....he's buying it there. Nevermind that the store across the street has it for $30 cheaper. He'd rather save time, I'd rather save money!
  24. I didn't order that much online this year, but the few things I did order arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. DHL had me a little nervous for a few days though, thinking my package was lost since their website said "out for delivery" for three days straight.
  25. DHL sucks. I had the same experience with their so-called "tracking system" showing 'out for delivery' for about three days.
