  1. don't forget ice age.....:)

BTW I couldn't even get on the waitlist for the legos so I don't know what is up with that

thx, thought i was losing my mind. Fighting a cold here and have to do all my BF shopping online this year.

So as long as I am anywhere on Amazon's site, if I am on a waitlist for an item, will it just take me to the page when/if it becomes available? First time doing this.

  2. I usually make cappuccino mix (I have a killer recipe that is super easy!) This year I plan on filling jars and tying some cute or vintage spoons on with some cute ribbon... Or if I can't find spoons I am happy with, I will buy colored plastic spoons and dip them in chocolate.

I also saw a variation on the rag wreath made with plastic sandwich bags to be a "crystal wreath" (I think it was in Family Fun magazine maybe?) that is on my list to try this year.

Care to share the cappuccino mix recipe? :gdlicklips:

  3. Our Menards staff is extemely helpful. If you are missing something, they will go get it for you and bring it to you. The parking is terrible though, not a big enough parking lot to accomodate all the traffic. If you are getting big stuff make sure you take a cart in if you find it in the parking lot as they go super fast and people are always hauling their stuff around in big plastic trash cans. This is the first year that I didn't find anything I wanted at Menards and am really disappointed but I guess it all depends on what a person is looking for.

2 hoodies for $40.00 then use

Coupon code FOOTBALL1060 for $10.00 off

    Thanks Shanni!:D

Thanks for the great deal! I was glad to see the deal was still on, that the coupon worked, and that the free shipping still qualified. Terms/conditions of free shipping were supposed to expire on 14 Dec!

Here is how I got it to work after multiple failed attempts:

    1) Place the 2 hoodies you want in your cart

    2) Go to the cart, select either one of the hoodies and make your order "2" for that item

    3) Go to the next page & fill out shipping info

    4) Go to the next page, apply code "HOLIDAY1060" & MAKE SURE it works! Fill out billing info

    5) Go to next page, which will be final review before you order---BUT DON'T SUBMIT YET

    6) Now click on your cart again in the top right-hand of the page to go back to your cart

    7) Correct your order to have 2 total hoodies only and click the orange "update cart" arrow button next to the item

    8) NOW--this is where I kept getting hung up--DO NOT go down the page and click on the submit button that you used before to get to the next page; instead, just go to the top of your web browser and click on the "back" button to reach the previous "final review" page

If you followed those directions correctly, you should arrive at a total of $30 + tax. My total was $32.06.

    Good luck!

    Thanks kdawgg!:D

You guys were very helpful in finding me something that was on my kids list!!!:gdthankyou:

  6. What do yall think about the soap and lotion sets at BBW as gifts? I'm also considering giving a nice stainless steel water bottle...? DD has 7 teachers and I'm trying to keep it to 15-20 each.

That is a lot of teachers. You could always buy a tray of cookies and hot cocoa/coffees etc. and put them in the breakroom for the teachers and aides.
