I've place 2 orders this holiday season. The first one took about 9 days to come. The second one they said they had to cancel because everything I ordered was out of stock. They gave me a $10.00 GC. 2 days later the package they said they were canceling came.

I have to buy for my niece, we are only allowed to buy for 1 family member. She doens't have alot, neither does her brother.
