Except for the Star Wars trilogy(the ones with the original versions), everything on my walmart list is pricematching.
-
Yes, it was announced almost 2 months ago. It ended on Nov 19th for new layaways. Any layaways put in by then must be out by Dec. 8th.
-
I'll get mine when I go to work in the morning, 7am.
-
Dang it..the one item I really, really want from Target is the SW transformers. And it's not available online.
-
Yeah, mine says closed on Thanksgiving too. Hmm..I may be making a trip to Kmart tomorrow.
-
This will help alot, I only want guitar hero from there, and since Kohl's opens at the same time Walmart starts, it would've been tough to get there in time to get it.
Thanks!

No, I don't think it's to match Kohl's, but maybe it will be a Sunday ad item? It just got me wondering if I should buy the one at Kohl's, or wait. Maybe I'll just buy the one at Kohl's, and if Best buy has it cheaper, than I'll return the Kohl's one.

I'm hoping that the SW transformers are not hot items, because that's one thing I plan on getting.
-
Well, that would explain with Aafes.com doens't have the Wii up on their site yet. I'm ordering it from there because I have a coupon for $30off any item over $200.

Lego SW is fairly easy. My 4yo has loads of fun with the game.
As for the Galactic heroes, I don't know..since your child is 6, I'd say just go with the regular action heroes. My son has had his Galactic heroes since he was 2(i'm a bit of a SW fangirl), and they are great for that age, but 6..I think he'd be kind of bored with them.

I'm asking because mine did, at least 10 cases of the game, plus numerous loose copies. I don't see it in the ad, is it a "surprise" item?

Harry Potter

I don't think the OotP movie is done yet, but it's supposed to be released November next year. -
Never mind
-
I think the Memorex that Target is going to have on BF would work fine too.
-
Walmart doesn't clear your cart then huh? Cool!
-
Okay, Walmart has the Diego Talking rescue center in the ad as 34.97. One their website, it is listed at 33.24. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5079524
I was trying to bookmark all the items I want from Walmart.com for Black Friday(if they're listed right now) so that I could purchase all those items before I go to Walmart for the non online items.
-
Most of the items Menards had last year ended up being in their ads later on in December too. Besides, I wasnt about to wait in line for 4 hours to buy $10 worth of merchandise.
-
Our Walmart was giving out maps on Thanksgiving, so I had everything planned out before I even got to the store.
-
My stores are about 1/2 mile away from each other. MIL and I worked it out, I'm going to go to Walmart, help her get everything, then race over to Target to get the stuff I want from there. Luckily, my perimeter perusing days have helped me memorize the store layout.

Ugh..why does office depot always do the stupid rebates?

Target BF ad
in 2006
The Transformers are going to be for my 4yo son. He saw them in Target the other day, and was enthralled. -
Be careful with the Samsung Mp3 player. I bought a YP-F1 in July(also on clearance) and it recently quit working. It will say fully charged when connected to the computer, but won't turn on. From everything I've read, it's the battery(and that was after hitting the reset button, reformatting the player, and updating the firmware)

Target BF ad
in 2006
You know, I really think I'm just going to do the things I want from Walmart online, and go to Target on BF. They have many more things I actually want compared to Walmart(at least, so far) -
Re: Gator Pam, What is the concept of "Parimeter Perusing" at Target? You're providing a great service, thankx? C.:)
Perimeter perusing-Target generally puts their clearance items on endcaps, hence the term "perimeter perusing" because you can walk around the perimeter of the store, and find the clearance items. And target does their clearance for all stores. If one store has an item on clearance, most of the time, so do all the other Targets(unlike stores like Walmart or Kmart)
Target also follows a set schedule with their clearance.
