Managed to get the laptop yesterday for $559 - it's amazing how much they want to rip you off for Office and stuff though.
Oh well. $592 after taxes w/free shipping isn't bad!
So i just created the specs for the $559 (flyer) and it rings up as $589 with initial price of $674 with instant savings of $285 taking it to $589. The difference is $30 between the flyer and the website in both final and initial price. What are the odds the flyer was off by $30 and that this is as good as it will get?
Brad - any insight as to why some of the deals are on the website and some aren't? I can't seem to find the 1525 for $559 and when i try and create it, it doesn't show the adjusted price
If you go to dell.com/gifts - its now saying come back at 12am CT 11/28 for the Black Friday Event.
Despite the flyer saying it was going to be available today, Thurs, I doesn't look likely.
Oh well, i'll be back at 1am ET i guess then
I think the best two laptops ive seen so far are the two dell inspiron 1525s. No waiting out all night and no mad rush for them, and they are about 30% off what you can buy them now for.
Not a bad savings in my mind, and for education needs (non-video editing/high graphic stuff) I think its just the ticket
Ya i concur, im not even sure the prices being thrown around will be the same when we get in the stores tomorrow - there is so much price matching and competition amongst the stores.
Its great for the consumer
it was listed as 799 in the unadvertised specials, but they then took it down and hid the price, and put it up as just being reduced...but you're right, it should be 799 unless theyve changed it
I went to CC yesterday and they said as long as I'm there during the hours when BB have it for $999 then they will PM it.... and i spoke to the TV manager, and the sales manager, but not the store manager.
