I'm definitely not up for the challenge either--and the pics don't show up either :-)
-
But the UPS I wanted still hasn't shown up even though it was supposed to be delivered yesterday
I called again today and they are sending out another one and I just have to refuse whichever one gets here second--according to the person at Staples they are using a delivery company called Velocity--In all of my shopping, I've never heard of Velocity at all!!
-
I went to verizonwireless.com and their best deal isn't as good as the amazon deal. It's 99.99 for the 710 then 19.99 for the cheapest phone--sorry it's not any help!!
-
Thanks so much--I ordered 5 to give as gifts for Christmas and Birthdays!!
-
They're made in Taiwan--I saw them while I was there, but I still have 2 full spindles and a partial left over from the Teon's on Black Friday. My inlaws ended up buying us some and I bought some (I think they were hinting that they wanted pics of the kids)
-
They also had the APC 350VA backup for $19.98 AR, but mine was out already at 10 am--so they ordered one for me and it will be at my house Tuesday and they didn't charge me for shipping!!
-
i wonder what areas still have these--they'd be great christmas presents
-
This one's only 27 inch--but it's only $549 from Target. It's a Panasonic
-
I have the 32" Sanyo and I love it. I have had it since July of last year. It's a heavy bugger, but it has a great picture. I like it better than the picture on my husband's Toshiba monster.
Here's a Phillips from Circuit City for $675
And a samsung for $700. They both have a $39.99 rebate on shipping when bought online.

Me too-I've been bidding up to my personal max and getting outbid for the one's i've heard of. Maybe by next school year either I'll have more money or she won't want one anymore.

Tiff wants an open hole flute and since I just got her a piccolo a few months ago, I need a bargain--anyone have one cheap?
-
It does--when the added the extra 2% they added it to what each county had at the time--it also varies a bit if a city in the county had a higher sales tax too--in White House it's like 9.75%. Sumner County is just 9.25%
-
9.25% really sucks!! I try to go to Bowling Green if I know I'm going to buy something big--like a fridge or something.
-
While you're still window shopping, go to www.cars.com It has price ranges, specs and research. That's one of the reasons I picked my Jeep (not just the cute front headlights, except that's what my husband thinks)
-
Oh wow!! That is truly a wonderful sale-unfortunately for me, we don't have one within 200 miles ( actually within about 500 miles--I put in Louisville, KY and Memphis, TN as starting locations too) That is the way I like to shop too--but lately it's usually just Kohl's that does it :-)
-
My wal mart still had some when I was up there after school-call and ask :-) A friend picked one up at K mart :-)

I'd get the Logitech MX Duo instead for $59.99 at Amazon. It has a charging dock. Those Logitech mice eat batteries. My husband has to replace the batteries in his at least once a week. (Drives me NUTS--Michelle--Where are the batteries?? THey are always in the SAME place!!) It's also black and looks nicer LOL

I freeze the candy canes--We don't eat them. A couple of years ago, I decided that it was really wasteful to throw them out after Christmas, so I put them in a corn dog box and froze them for the next year. I threw away any that were broken, but those same canes are on their 4th year. We've lost a few of them due to breakage, but other than that, they look the same. It also helped that that year, we had a real tree that was HUGE and we bought a lot of candy canes (about 8 boxes) so this year, we had a little one and had about 40 candy canes left and it looked great.

I received my rebate for the DVD's today. It wasn't too bad :-)

I was there this morning--they really are 90% off--mine still had a lot of wrapping paper, bows, a few ornaments, a lot of lights and a lot of those candy or cookie gift sets. They also had a lot of those things that go around the wine glasses and the wine bottles. I also bought a tree for $4.99 --it's the 6.5 foot Chelsea thingy--I got it for the woodwinds section of the band storage room for next year. The brass had one, but the woodwinds was only a foot tall LOL I also got pretty garland for that tree, a tree skirt and some red bows (the bright red, not the dark red) and some dark red bows for my tree. I spent $60 and have a LOT of stuff.... The Christmas CD's are also 90% off. I picked up 20 of them, but they only had 5 different ones. Good presents for next year. I also bought another rubbermaid tote to store all of this in :-) I had FUN!!

Any chance that someone has a good coupon for an Inspiron 8600?
No, but that's what I bought my son for Christmas. It had $612 in savings and it's awesome--I upgraded the video card to the 128 card and it plays doom 3 and Everquest 2 fantastically!! It also has a DVD burner so maybe eventually I'll get around to burning these pics to a DVD and making a slide show from them. I say eventually because the desktop has had a DVD burner for 2 years and I still haven't done it LOL

Hi :-) Do you have a Kroger around you? I was in there today and they had a lot of them in all red on a green cord and 3-4 boxes that were red and green bulbs on green cord. They also had the C9 clear bulbs--but they aren't the ceramic's. They would be $2.50 a box. They also have the Christmas cookie dough down to 99 cents a package and they still have the blinkie up for the Toll House's $1/2 so I got 6 packs of Cookie Dough for $3.

I didn't look for those kinds of adult items--but I did pick up a couple of pair of Sony h.ear headphones for the kids (the kind that look a bit like buds, but go over the ears too) for $3 and every copy of the Rudolph Movie soundtrack mine had for 30 cents and a MahJongg gameboy game for me for $8
-
Nothing--but if my husband hadn't gotten me the Fujifilm camera, I would have bought that myself <eg>
