When does the Menards ad usually get posted?

Does anybody know where the Shark Ion Robot vaccume will be located in Walmart stores? It is not listed on the Walmart map as a Top Deal Item

Does Walmart let you put stuff in your shopping cart online ahead of sales? The main thing I am wanting is the Shark Ion vacuume robot.
