I haven't seen anything that's going to get me out of bed early this year. Maybe their thought is, the ad is crap but people who don't see it early won't have time to realize it.

I emailed them also. I thought free publicity was a good thing. If their ad is not out early, I will be less inclined to shop there. But whatever, I have learned that there are stores that are not WalMart.

We get them in the regular (usually Sunday) paper occassionally but if you sign up online they'll also email them to you.

Not sure about Sprint, but with T-Mobile you can find used phones on EBay pretty cheap and get a new Sim card from T-Mobile. Or try freecycle.org if you have a local branch, someone might give you their old one that's sitting in a drawer for nothing.

Penney's is also having a huge clearance sale, 75% off. I didn't buy any dressier clothes but I picked up a polo shirt for my son yesterday for $6 and they had lots of stuff on sale.

My son ordered this also but his order just says "changed." Go figure. We're taking that to mean cancelled but whatever, this was something he just picked up because it was a good deal. I purchased a Dell desktop this fall. The sound bar that they shipped didn't connect to the monitor I received, it was missing a part. I made sure I ordered the correct part so it wasn't my fault. It took us over an hour to connect to the online chat rep and resolve the issue. My son, the computer geek, went so far as circling a picture of the missing part and posting the page on a web page for the rep to view. And of course, instead of just shipping the missing part, they shipped an entire new sound bar and I had to send the original back.

Ordered 5, one has been shipped, 2 cancelled. The other two are still "accepted."

I purchased the Wii from Amazon on Friday, December 1. With next day delivery it was scheduled for delivery Tuesday, December 5. When the 5th came around and it still hadn't shipped I emailed them. (It's for my 20 year old who was constantly checking for delivery). They promptly changed the delivery by date to February 5, 2007. Unbelievable! However, happy ending, we received it this Tuesday, the 12th. I don't know why they couldn't have just said there would be a slight delay, I could have been happy enough with that. They did give me a $5 credit. A little honesty would have been worth more than the $5 but whatever. Just don't cancel unless you find it somewhere else, it will probably still ship. When you can no longer cancel the order it's getting ready to ship. Good luck!

Shipping seems excessive, almost as much as the 30% discount, but they have an outlet (top right) and the 30% off works on the sale prices. The $30 Mickey long sleeve polo for my husband was $10.99 (plus shipping).
