Kohls has seriously gone down hill in customer service capabilities. Ordered a 48" 4K TV on Thanksgiving night on a great deal and got $120 in Kohls cash with it. Been looking for awhile and pulled the trigger. Received an email from them today saying the order was canceled because it was out of stock. So, I missed out on all of the great deals on BF and CM because it took them 4 days to realize that they didnt have it in stock. Pitiful.
