I miss Shopko so much:no: They closed ours down about five years or six years ago. But I visit every time I am in Wis and shop my little heart out.

Ok so I went to work yesterday and in the mall that I work at has all of it'd holiday decorations up. OK I love the hoildays but...can we please wait untill after Holloween at least.... So my question do you think it to early to decorate?

my son wants an Ipod and I hate to disapoint him but.I to believe that you can get more for your money if you go with another brand. He will be happy with whatever he gets thankfully he is not to picky

Your right there are very limited quanities, sometimes youe were lucky if you got a quater of a pallet of any one thing. Big items like furniture you are lucky if there are ten of those items.

Not that I know of. I work Next to the Disney store and they never have advertised sales, just clearence items.

There concerts are awsome!!! Well worth the money!! I am hoping to go again this year (third time) I love it

UMMM ok not to sound rude ....really But I am having a hard time buying a MP3 player for my 13 year old afraid to spend the money and then he lose the darn thing....Nope could not see spending the money. My three year old loves music...I will just turn on the radio I think :)

Ours closed here to I went one BF and it was INSANE!!! It was my first bf and I thought this is nuts what am I doing out here at 4:30am!! But the rest of the day was great so started a tradition!!

Big Lots usually has some of last years popular toys. They usually have grandfather clocks or a curio cabinet and sometimes they have recliners at a good price. Electronics you want to be wary of though they are always rebuilt or as they call it remanufactured and are not always they best!

I bet it was a Boy Scout Tin they are WAY over priced!!!! But every year we seem to sell them... I really wish the BS would get a new item!!!

I used to be a mangager at Big Lots and we used to give away stuff on BF. Nothing good mind you but..... One year it was a stuffed Big Lots Guy and the next year was really cheap camera's. Let's put it this way, people left them in the carts cause they didn't want them. We also always had coffee and donuts for the customers.

Toyland here is insane the first week or so...you would think that there are no other stores in this area!!! I hate going there but I always end up there cause they do have great prices!

I do agree that TRU return policy stinks! BUt in my area I do not think that they are going anywhere. They are the ONLY Toy store within 100 miles of here...so I think that at least in my area we are stuck with them

We usuallygo to my DH grandparents and then about nine we head to pick our two oldest kids up from there dads and head to church when we get home the kids get to open one present that I get to pick out and it is always new PJ's they get them on and head to bed, of course we have to put out milk and cookies and a carrot for the reindeer and a note saying thanks the kids drift off to sleep and we are up for another hour getting things ready.
