Decorated for fall today! Seen our local Big Lots started putting Christmas stuff out. Lol

Guess it’s time to shut down the pool and prepare for my favorite time of the year! I love sept-Jan.

I have a decent amount of Christmas shopping done. Lol trying to get this jump start. Hope you all are having a great August

I got my letter today. They eliminated my job. Oh well. Back on the job hunt but it will be ok August 1st! Let’s hope this month brings nothing but good days.

My work furlough is suppose to end this week and I go back Monday. I haven’t heard from anyone. I call and leave several messages for HR and today he finally calls me back to say he doesn’t know when or if I’ll be back. I was told to just wait n he will call me when he knows something. Could be this week or in a few weeks. I knew corporate came in and fired a lot of upper class and are trying to reconfigure things but I hate not knowing. Without the extra 600 I don’t make enough to pay bills. I don’t know if I should wait it out as I make decent money there or just start my job hunt.

We have been doing more “click and pull” type shopping from Kroger and Walmart. Trying to stay out of the stores so I’m hoping online shopping will be good this year. As much as I hate not going into stores I don’t want to risk getting sick and bringing it home to the hubby. I’m really hoping I can get the door busters I’ll need from Walmart online. Last year I did get a few before even heading to the store but they didn’t offer everything.

Can’t believe the end of July is coming quick. This year has definitely been a crazy one! Hoping then 2nd half of this year gets much better for all of us

The first half of 2020 has really sucked so let’s pray that the 2nd half gets a lot better!

We’re heading to myrtle next week. First family vacation in forever. I’m so Excited. I’ve never been to the beach. I went to Daytona a few years ago for work but no one wanted to actually go to the beach n relax. Now I hear about all the gangs and stuff. They said it isn’t good to be on the boardwalk after 6 or 7. We will be in north myrtle but I don’t want to run into any craziness. I’m not worried about covid. I don’t wear a mask but do sanitize my hands after touching stuff and wash them as soon as possible. I love Kohl’s. I do a lot of online shopping through them when the deals are good.

Walmart wouldn’t do returns so my daughter has 5 cases of diapers waiting till they will return them. She just wants to swap out for a bigger size. The baby is growing too fast lol. 4 1/2 months old n wears 9-12 month clothes and size 3 diapers n I don’t think it’s gonna be long till he goes into size 4. He’s just a big boy lol

Happy April! Hope everyone’s holding up. Anxiety is a bit high here but we are fine. Just trying to get through this. Prayers it ends soon.

I work in a nursing home. If u have a fever u go home and can’t come back for 72 hours. I have a wonderful sinus infection. So home I went. 4 days without pay. Dr didn’t feel I needed tested for covid which I agree. I’m prone to sinus infections. So instead of being grumpy about loosing out on money I’m resting today and as long as I feel better tomorrow I’m gonna start spring cleaning. May as well get some stuff done.

Hello March! I’m so ready for spring to get here.

Just a dog and his tiny hooman lol our girl Pooh has become attached to our 5 week old grandson. She wants to be everywhere he is. Of course we would never leave her alone with him but look how cute!
