. Interesting well that is what they told me...and I still haven't received the code.

I had the same problem, did live chat, they said I had to call customer service so I did & they are now saying it's for TRU credit card holders only not Rewards members.

I just got off the phone with Toys "R" Us customer service and their managers are now saying it is for the Toys "R" Us credit card holders only not rewards members as they have been promoting.
