I just got off the phone with Shop Your Way customer service. They told me yes I can use points to purchase the item and earn points for the special reward items on black Friday. So if you have any points about to expire that one way of using them up and basically extending the length of time your points will be good. Because the new points you get you will then have 90 before they expire. The points I have now will expire the middle of January. This makes them good till the end of February and gets me a couple free items at the same time.

I have a question for anyone who might know the answer. If I have some points to use and I use them on an item on black Friday that has a100% back in rewards offer on it, will i get those points or do I have to pay with cash to get the points? Yes this will make the item free either way but I want to pay for the items with my current points. Can I do that.
