Never been first, but I was 2nd in line at Kohls last year. We waited about 4 hours. We got free movie tickets and the PS4, so it was worth it.

If I buy for myself it's mostly household stuff like appliances and sheets. But sometimes if I see a movie I like I buy it and label it as a "family" gift.

1. around $600 2. 5 or more stores 3. I will probably shop more online this year, especially with Target's free shipping.
