Sorry you had such problems, My adventure my Magic Jack has been quite different, I love the product have had it for over 2 months no problems what so ever, called all over the U.S. and Canada without no long distance charges, took my magicjack to mexico (Cabo and Cancun) called home, friends and office several times a day with no problems... I wouldn't give mine back even if they paid me. total cost for magicjack under $50. for first year and only $20 every year after...for free long distance in US and Canada , free voicemail, call forwarding, got to LOVE IT!!

I have had it for 2 months and love it.. Give it a try for free for 30 days, if you don't like it send it back. Had vonage..never again will I have vonage. :)
