... it took several minutes for the $98 TV to sell out. I didn't get it as I have no need for it but I debated ... for a while ... So it was up for more than a few seconds.

I just happened to check Amazon and saw a 55" Vizio TV for under $500 so I grabbed it. Is that one people were waiting for?
