This is the same stuff they pulled a few years ago. They didn't really care about you as a customer then and it seems that it hasn't changed at all.

A few years ago they started about 2 hours after the scheduled time.

They will once the sale goes live...keep hitting refresh!

All sale items are marked "coming soon" until the sale goes live.

It looks like Best Buy is going to keep everyone waiting again, as they've done for years.

I don't know why retailers just can't stop playing games! Just tell us in the ad: this item not available online, this item available in-store only, this item available online & in-store. Is it really that difficult or do you just like messing with your customers? Is that how you retailers show your respect for your customers, by belittling them?

I just went to my cart, saw that the Black Friday prices had been put on the items, and then I got a message from BEST BUY saying that due to high demands for the items I had in my cart, the items were removed from my cart! What the >>>>> is that! I'm now trying to put the items back into my cart, the prices show the sale prices, but all of the items only say "coming soon" What is BEST BUY trying to pull. After the fiasco of letting people wait 4 or 5 hours last year and then everything being gone in minutes, they really can't afford to treat CUSTOMERS this way!

Complete disappointed with Walmart. Almost none of the BF items I was planning on buying from them are available online. Kind of hard to come in the store when you live 5,000 miles away (picking up when coming back to the States). I guess that they really DON'T want my business!
