it takes a little while for the shipping order to go out. mine didn't show up in my email till the next day.

just a warning to those with free gift card with purchse, I bought some clothes earlier this year online with the free gift card deal. The amount of the gift card was removed from the order total then a few hours/day later i was charged for the gift card and it shipped. not sure if that is how they will do it with these items or not.

I could not get the CAG16 coupon to work nor the SAVER free shipping code. when I added the CAG16 code it removed the discount for the free items and the free shipping didn't show up as not working until the very end right before placing the order. Oh well, still a good deal for me.
