My store had almost mo toys left, some 50% some 70%. Nothing good left, all the legos are gone; so jealous of those who can still find them at 50% off. My son really wants the Star Wars Jabba's Palace or any of the bigger sets. Anyone seen the big Ninjago Dragon on sale?

Cannot use coupons on clearance items?!!!! That's what the store manager/assistant manager told me. Yesterday I bought two coppertone at 50% off but did not have my coupons with me, so I went back today to either get the price adjusted (as I have done it before) or return and buy it again. To my surprise, the person behind the CS counter that the store (High Point, NC) had the right to decline coupons to be used on clearance items. She told me it's not a corporate policy, only a store decision. It blew my mind, I hardly buy anything that is not on clearance, and without Target coupons too. Has anyone had a similar experience? I guess they don't want my business!! On a separate note, yesterday they had some Legos Lord of the Rings at 70% off (these went from 30 to 70), the ones that just came out; and as always, I missed them (except for one).

My store did the same, no markdowns later in the day. Drove to another store, had tons of 70% off toys; and as usual, I missed the Legos...

Nothing in my store. No mark down crew, all price scanners out of work. Asked for price check on few toys; nothing. Big waste of time...

Hey Jakesmommy403, did the toys go on 50-70% in a day other than Thursday or did you get lucky by finding these toys over the weekend? I checked today and everything is the same, as far as discounts. One thing that I did notice in the toy section, is that items that had no signs of being discounted, (the typical 15%, then 30% stickers) were put on clearance at 50%. Of course, being Legos big boxes; they disappeared quickly. Has anyone experienced this? Or could this be the store I checked on? I am really looking for the big Star Wars sets, at 50% off, of course.

You are right, I checked the items in their website and the final price comes out to 70% of the original price, it's just odd how it was marked on the red sticker.

lego super heroes Quinjet Aerial Battle and Hobbit Attack of the Wargs. I know the feeling, my DS and DD are also big time lego fans, so that's why any clearance item counts.

Well, today I found two Lego sets at 40% off. Now, that's odd. Target usually makrs down at 15, 30, 50, 70, and then 90%. Is this something new???

High Point, NC went from 30% to 50%, and to make things worse, no Legos.....I need lots and lots of Legos (at 70% off, of course) for my son's project. Luggage is still 50% Can someone help me score some 70% off Legos? The bigger the set or the more pieces, the better.

My son wants the Lego Jabba's Palace so bad, unfortunatelly they are full price around the Greensboro area. Has anybody else seen these at $35.xx? or even at 50%? Very few lego sets ring up 50%, so I have to scan all of them to find out the price.
