Anyone seen anything on the $150 50" app only deal?

Does anyone have any details for the $100 Walmart Gift Card deal. All it says is that you get one with smartphone purchase with new contract. I've got a few lines out of contract with VZW and want to get the Droid RZR, HTC Rezound, and the HTC Inc2. I'm wondering if I can get a $100 card with each of them (the Inc2 is only $20). Any insite would be appreciated.
