Dressing Dried bread cubes (I toast mine in oven and use close to full loaf. Can use white or french bread or combo) 1 onion, diced 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 t. sage 1/2 stick butter, melted and divided 1 egg, beaten 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt and pepper Chicken broth to moisten (or broth from turkey) Saute onion and celery in a couple of tablespoons of butter until tender. Add sage, salt and pepper. Combine with remaining ingredients except broth and bread in large bowl. Add bread and mix. Moisten with broth and mix well. Mixture should be moist but not mushy. Pour in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° for an hour.
