Here in Richmond, you can use a Linens n Things coupon at a BBB and vice versa--it's very competitve for the companies but very easy on the customer--and you can use expired coupons at both.

I just saw this notice today and read this thread. Do I understand correctly that you will not actually pay $398 for the HP notebook, but will pay more and then get a check (sometime) later? Where can I find more information about that?
