Around 2:50 am EST I scored the HP 17" laptop on Walmart.com - that was my top priority for my shopping so I checked out immediately. Went back and watched the HP 15" laptop for about 2 minutes before it went live; tried to check out with that one right away, but that's when the trouble started. I fought for over an hour trying to check out with that item - at various times my cart would show empty, then not, or I could get to different points in the checkout process - but in the end I didn't succeed with that purchase. It sold out before I could check out with it. I went back and got some of the smaller items, and several times had to go back and remove items that sold out while I was trying to check out. In the end I got the one thing I wanted the most, missed the secondary, and got some of the extraneous stuff. Which isn't bad! I was able to find a reasonable replacement for the 15" laptop I missed out on, on Staples.com this morning - after a few hours of much needed sleep!

I'm here to stay! I'm all for saving money, plus it's a lot more fun shopping on-line when it's like a team effort! I appreciate all the time and reasearch that goes into pulling everything together, and I'd love to have a t-shirt to show my support for the site. :)

Well crud....the 2nd item I really wanted has sold out despite me trying for the past 50 minutes to check out with it. Bummer, but there's another deal out there I'm sure!

Having a hard time too with 2nd check-out - but I'm determined, it ain't over til it's over!!
