Everyone just remmeber Target likes to stagger out their price changes. Last yeah it was 4 am till one of my items switched and thats when the sale started at 1 am.
I wish they'd just switch them all at once. It would be so much easier-maybe it swamps the checkout process.

If you go to the black friday ad and click on what you want, you can get the right prices...at least that's how I got mine.
I've tried that and when I click on it it shows the reg price. It's the singer sewing maching. I even tried putting it in my cart hoping it would change but that didn't work either. I tried the microwave and it worked but it doesn't for the sewing machine. I've got a turkey cooking so I'll be up for awhile so I'll keep checking.

i hope, or im screwed!
I've never done online BF shopping so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something special I had to do. Thanks!

Is sitting here and refreshing the website every few minutes the way to do this? Thanks

My prices haven't switched yet. I'm in Central time zone so they should have.

Jeans, hoodie/sweatshirt and a heavy winter vest (Ruff Hewn from Younkers). I probably won't wait long this year. I'm always hot so I'll be pulling off the vest as soon as I enter the store. I have one of those long strapped mini purses that can fit my cell phone, credit cards, coupons, etc... so it's with me always. Fun times ahead!

The plan is to go to Michaels at 4:00, maybe Shoe Carnival for Sperrys at 6:00 and then it's up in the air. The only thing I want this year is the sewing machine from Target but I'm going to try and order it online so I don't have to mess with the enormous lines. I will wander around the mall and watch everyone. If Younkers has it's $10 off a $10 purchase I'll go there. Otherwise it's fun to just watch people.

I was wondering that today too.

Yeah, we're not sure how he gets away with it, but my sister works third shift and has told me about all the stuff that she has seen and moved.
Amazing but really sad. THey need to sell it!

This is definitely a YMMV, because our store manage doesn't like to clearance items and the proof is in the stock room and all the boxes of stuff that are still there from years past
I can't believe the district manager lets them do that!

I went back today and they were physically pricing the Halloween for 80% off! Go figure.
-
I hate it when it "disappears" like that.
-
So, all of the Halloween is 90% off but they were marking random things .10!!! Some of the wigs and a few costumes were .10. There was no rhyme or reason but that's Walmart! I scanned almost every wig, costume, make-up kit, etc.... found lots of hidden deals that way. They had a cart up front with .10 items. I think the guy that was scanning some of it didn't know what he was doing-he said it's 90% off so everything's .10 which would only apply to something originally $1.00. I think that accounts for the random .10 costumes, etc.... But with Walmart who ever knows?? Fun time though!

Ha! The stores are aware of it, so don't count on it. I think they pulled them at my stores before I got there. No joy for me. Boooo!!!!
I checked again this morning and there were none on the shelves. I wanted to see if they re-stocked since yesterday but they didn't. I wondered how long it would take corp to figure this out.
-
Thanks for all the pictures. I ran back over to Target (5 minutes away) and found the Mickey Mouse hoodies. I scanned all the different ones on the rack and the Ninja Turtle ones rang up $1.50 too. I did find the Puffs tissue too. Not sure if they were there when I looked yesterday but they were there today. I wonder how long it will take before corporate figures it out!

I can't find any Christmas Puffs-only Kleenex Christmas. 90% off Halloween today. That was fun!
-
I ran back over to our Target at 5:00 and it's still 70/50. I'll be there tomorrow. But I also stopped at Walmart and it's 75% off now so I got some stuff there. Those little bags of rings, etc... for .24 for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. I found Hello Kitty balloon thing for outside down to $14+.
-
Still 70/50 here. I scanned several different types of things just to make sure. Guess I'll go back tomorrow morning!
-
I hope I get one in the mail!

I don't recall the dollar spot ever going 90%, even though many of the items are seasonal themed. Only items which are specifically seasonal, even if spread throughout other departments.
I know that's not very clear, but I mean although the dollar spot carries seasonally themed merchandise, it is not classified in Target's system as seasonal items...
There have been very few times that the dollar spot has gone 90% off but it has a few times. I know it did at Easter once.
I think it could be as early as tomorrow. They are all desperate to get Christmas set because they have a week less between Thanksgiving & Christmas this year. They were setting most everything the last few days.
SInce it went to 70% off a day early I'm going tomorrow. I also think it might go tomorrow so they can get the Christmas stuff out. I'll be there at 8:00 just in case! And scan, scan scan!
-
Not 70% here. I scanned. The weird thing is they still haven't put up the 50% off dollar spot signs yet! Our store has really slipped with their signage.
-
The dollar spot Cartwheel expired, that's why you couldn't use it.
That's what I thought too until the store clerk told me I could save on it if I had Cartwheel! He was wrong but caused me a lot of confusion!

I'm pretty sure that coupon for the $ spot expired yesterday.
I thought so too but the store clerk was telling me I could save money with Cartwheel this morning on the $ spot. He must be confused too! lol

I'm sooooo confused by Cartwheel. The dude at Target today said if I have an app I can use it for the clearance dollar spot. So we tried to get it downloaded but we couldn't. I logged onto my facebook cartwheel acct on my phone but that won't work. So when I got home I got onto the site via Facebook and I didn't see anything for the one spot area. Does anyone else see it? Do I not know what I'm doing (probably)?
All the Halloween candy/snacks/cereals/food 30% here in DFW. Bummed, as I usually stock up on the bulk snacks at 50%. Paper products 50% here too. Yup, I hope this isn't the last year we see 50% off on Nov 1st, but it doesn't look good. I did manage to get the disposable coffee cups, solo cups and kleenex.
First time I've ever seen more than a couple people at store opening. There had to have been 8 or 9 women running to the clearance!! I guess my days of leisure shopping are over. One of the runners snagged all the paper towels and the other runners were a little vocal. I couldn't help but giggle a little. Why do I find that so amusing??
Why doesn't it look good for future 50% off paper goods? Did you hear something?
We always have people there when the store opens. They HUSTLE back for the paper products. I forgot about that until I watched them grabbing so I got 6 or 8 too. I mainly wanted lights which I got. I also hit the dollar spot area-signs say 30% off but it's 50% off.
