Totally worked on a Lightning Deal! The item was $21 regularly but I added another $10 item to my cart (for other reasons). The way my cart looked was $31 -$16.01 (Lightning Deal discount) -$5 (Promotional credit). I spent less than $10 on those 2 items. I did order toilet bowl wand refills earlier at $22 so I'm not 100% that the $25 was counted from the 2 item order or if it was a total from the 2 orders.

I called beforehand and they did tell me some of the items were not available to order from another store but they verified that the one I needed was. Felt better knowing I would get exactly what I needed by making the drive to go into the store.

I had to go into the store to do the exchange. They ordered in my odd sweatshirt from another store because the one I ordered, like yours, was of a school not from around where I live. I was on hold with Finishline for 28 minutes the other morning and NEVER got to speak with a person. Gave up. The store was good about how they handled everything. My sweatshirt was not available online any longer so they had to do the store-to-store option. It didn't cost me anything but I did have to go into the store 2 times (once to place the order and once to do my exchange). They were not willing to do the order over the phone. They insisted I must bring in the faulty item.

Site crashed when I clicked "Submit" on an order. Tried to e-mail them but it wouldn't go through due to too many characters in the e-mail. They max at 250 characters and I had 100 after I cut a lot in it. Now on infinite hold with their customer service phoneline.

Their phone lines have also been swamped but they are trying to help. When I went into the store, the staff was extremely helpful but they were overwhelmed by the system crash.

Hit refresh and the shipping is now free. Yep. Their system is still a mess.

I went in on Tuesday for an exchange and was told that their server crashed on Monday. The sales associates said they were told it could be several days to get the system back to normal. Apparently some new shoes were released on Cyber Monday and a simultaneous massive purchase downed their system.

The free shipping disappeared with an order over $89 AFTER the code. Any suggestions to sweeten the deal?
