Last year, Target blocked the halls with boxes so people were not allowed to run around the store. They also loaded the heavier items on carts so people would not have to run around the store pushing carts!! Very impressive!

I am liking what I see with JC Penney! Trying to decide where to go first. Target or here!! Oh well, still wating for WalMart!
