Is there anyone who can compare this computer to the Toshiba Satellite laptop that BB was selling recently for the same price?

Hi, Was hoping one of you ladies could help me with the sizing. I've never bought VS sweaters before, so not exactly sure. I'm 5'8", about 121 lbs., any suggestions which size I should get? Thanks so much.
