Yeah I called premiere customer service last night and they said 7am CST- 12p CST is the majority of the roll out. I was just in it for the video games and I've got them. Happy shopping everyone!

So what time did they actually launch everything? (Just woke up)

Is that an online only thing? If not, wal-mart will price match for you.

Did you put in your premiere number? They won't talk to you without it and they verify it as well.

Ok... i called. While they are releasing things now, they said most (aka the good stuff) won't be released until mid morning 7am-12p CST. He had no information about your netbooks or the laptops but they are playing with the prices and won't be releasing the cool stuff until the morning. If you want to brave it all night, have fun. My Premiere Silver self is going to bed, he did say though that there would not be re-releases of the same products (e.g. video games released today and then again tomorrow). When they are sold out, they are sold out but it's not happening until "mid-morning". And he was very specific on the time frame of 7a-12p CST. By the way, they do this EVERY year and EVERY year everyone gets all riled. I bet they have a blast doing it.

It has its perks, not going to lie. But they do have their own special customer service number and a nice lady on the other end will usually hint at what time your item will be released, on top of the extra return policy.

They do this every year, online. It's always a big giant cluster and you sit there and fall asleep drooling on the keyboard. Seriously though, does anyone have the silver rewards customer service number?

Operationally, they're both 4g with the same processor chip. Doesn't really matter... we have a vaio, we like it. Mac is a better video making computer.

2 years ago, they released the vaio laptop at 6am. Same time the store opened that year.

Yeah, I'd rather get one of the video games now and not have to punch someone for it at midnight tonight. Leave it to best buy to actually ruing thanksgiving. What's the point of a holiday when we're all glued to our computers trying to buy random crap in the middle of the night? Argh Anyone have the silver rewards customer service number?

As long as you buy directly from amazon, it's good people. If you buy from the marketplace, it's like ebay. I've never had a problem from amazon.
