I was hoping the new ones that just came out and will come out in November will be on sale on BF. I want Cinderella, the new Tinker Bell movie, Brave, and Pete's Dragon. I hope they are on sale on BF.

Fresno and Clovis, CA! We usually start at the ghetto Wal-Mart in Fresno and then move on the the rest of our stores in Clovis. THe Clovis WM doesn't open until 5 am and the line gets WAY too long. Or we start at TRU in Clovis then go to the ghetto WM and then back to Clovis to finish at Target and Kohls. I can't wait!!

A few pages back someone asked for a comparison of the Kindle Fire and the Nook Tablet, but I didn't see any answers. That's what I was wondering. I have a 1st gen Nook and want to upgrade to a tablet but I don't know if I should go with the Nook Tablet or the Kindle Fire. The sales tax is not a factor for me because I pay sales tax on Amazon purchases. I do not have a Prime account either, if that makes a difference. The family would be sharing this one tablet, we can't afford one for each of us. It would be my husband, myself, and our almost 6 year old using it. TIA!

I LOVE midnight openings but now that the majority of stores are doing it I am not too happy. I like to hit TRU, then go to Wal_mart, then Kohls, and end with Target. We always get everything we set out to get. This year my BFF and I will either have to split up and go to seperate stores or sacrafice deals. BF has always been as much about having fun with my BFF as getting the deals. So if we have to split up to get deals that will suck but it will also suck to have to sacrafice deals. I have been telling myself not to stress until after all the ads are leaked.

Just me and my BFF as usual.

I love midnight openings because if I go to bed I am not getting up until I've had 6 to 8 hours of sleep. So I just stay up all night.

I am not impressed. I am usually excited for their ad but not this year. Hopefully Walmart steps up and has a better ad.

I am hoping they do the DS for $98 again or cheaper! I am also hoping they do the card tables again this year, last year the store we were out didn't even have any in stock. There were several of us going all over the store trying to locate them. The associates had NO clue where they would be except in their normal spot which was empty.

I just heard from a friend that the Old Navys in our area (3) will be open on Thanksgiving until 8 pm and then reopen for BF at midnight. Now I am wondering what time they will open on Thanksgiving and if the sales will be the same on both days. It would be awesome to be able to hit ON on Thanksgiving and not have to worry about them on BF.

Does Fred Meyers do BF sales? We don't have one here but there is one near my sister in ID. If they have anything worth it I may try to convince her to go for me!

I love the ON One Day Wonder sales but have never gone there on BF. What time do they usually open?

Me too! The closest store to me is about an hour and a half away but after looking at the ad I wish one was near me!

I can only save the pay I get for working OT and work hasn't been THAT busy so I will probably have about $500 to $600 which is about what I had last year.

Thankfully I don't have to take my dd3 she always stays home with Dad, sleeps in bed with him and they sleep in really late that day. If I didn't have anyone to watch her I would probably take her, if it weren't for BF she wouldn't get most of the gifts.

I see some stuff I want but I am going to wait for the BF ads to be leaked before I run out to buy anything. Last year I bought some stuff from this ad and then it was on sale cheaper the week of Christmas.

We have 4 Wal-Marts in our area and only one opened the doors at 12 am. After waiting in line at the garden center of another Wal-Mart for 3 hours and being told they would not be opening those doors we left in search of a better Wal-Mart and happened to chose the one with the doors open. It was the BEST thing ever! We found where the tickets for the jeeps were being handed out (which changed three times, we were running all over the store) and got in line. Once there were more people in line than jeeps they handed out tickets. We then walked around the store and got all other non-ticketed items before getting in line at 3 am. At 5 pm we checked out and headed to Target. My friend was also able to go get in line for a DS ticket at the last moment when she got a call from her sister that she wasn't going to make it on time. I hope they do it like that again this year.

This will be my 4th year. I remember my mom going out to Mervyn's every year to wait in line to get me the stuffed penguin they gave away every year and Wal-Mart to get the $5 door busters when I was a teen. I thought she was crazy to get up so early to go shopping. But now I wish I had gone with her. I however just don't go to sleep Thanksgiving night, we go to get in line at Toys R Us around 10 pm. My first 2 years were learning years but now my BFF and I have it down. I converted her 2 years ago, this will be her 3rd year. I cannot wait for BF this year!
