Best Buy in Owasso, Oklahoma was totally disorganized and allowed multiple line jumpers to get ticketed items and multiple tickets to individuals. Worst Black Friday store experience ever!
My BB in Missouri was the exact same, so disorganized....when the employees came out to hand tickets out they didn't even follow the line formation they just started handing tickets to anyone that approached them for one. So we had people just walking up to the front, get a ticket for the big ticket items and them walk to the back of the line. I sat in line for 15 hours, just a complete fail on my BB this year!!!!

i finally got the Samsung Laptop, can't believe it was still available 2 hours after the sale started!!!!

I had the item finally in my cart, and paying and it came up telling me I had timed out! Now I have called several times and continue to get disconnected....trying to not get frustrated, but that's not working.
i called them at 11:01AM CST and they hung up on me after they kept saying "a represenative will be with you shortly."

everything sold out in like 3 minutes flat, the site completly locked up for me....i was on the phone with customer care getting ready to order my stuff and they hung up on me!!!!!

When I click on the Best Buy items that are listed as already on sale online, they say coming soon. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else run into this?

poll doesnt have the right answers, you need days not hours listed, if your thinking you can get in line on thanksgiving day and get any of those deals you will be SOL
All depends on where you live. Some people will be able to get in line at 6pm on Thanksgiving and will be able to get these deals.
