  1. Thanks for the info! I thought I was good at this bargaining game until I met you all....I am sooo learning!

Don't forget that you can usually go back to your target store to get items price adjusted because you forgot "they forgot" to scan your coupon or because the "coupon wouldn't scan." I've been told they only do this within a couple days of purchase so keep an eye out for them. Target still gets to turn in the coupon for the redeemed amount so no one loses but it does need to be for the item in question. They'll do this too with price matching up to 7 days after you purchased the items with another store's ad.

  2. They were out of the Monopoly at the Belden store but they did have rainchecks...however I went to our Walmart and they had it for $7 too so I used my coupon there. I didn't see anything of interest at that store...hope I find some Tide... I did find the Connect 4 there and used my coupons...wish I would have seen the target coupon to use with it...oh well I am getting a lot of gifts in storage this year so far.... I would miss so many of these deals without you all, THANKS!
  3. The Arlington Rd. (Akron, OH) Target has pretty much divided their bulk and put it in their normal departments. What I found to be left was lots of shampoo/body stuff still at 15%...diapers still at 15% (devastated. That's what I've been waiting to get marked down.) My crest whitestrips that I stashed..still at 15% off. The only things I found that actually went to 50% were the soup at hand things...some cereal...juice...and that's really all I saw since I was short on time. I doubt this store will mark the diapers/paper products any lower than what they're at since theres very little left and $17 for a pack of 150 diapers is really quite a steal.

Thanks for the update...I was tempted to go today but I think I will wait until tomorrow...I have to get some cleaning done around here uggh When I was in Belden on Mon. I didn't see much left there either unless like someone said they bring it out from the back...disappointing week.

  4. Went to our Belden Target today....very disappointing. Most bulk is just gone....still some stuff not yet marked and a few things 15-30%. Not much left in the red dot dollar 50% off. I guess it is good as I spent only $4.00. Hopefully the weather will get better so I can check the one in Massillon and Arlington Rd. I also don't see any of the dyson vacs either hmmm. Valentines stuff was 50% and candy was marked 30% but I didn't scan any as there wasn't much left....
  5. anyone see these go 1/2 off? i've only seen them at about 59.xx and thats way too much since i need one of each.

I was soooo... lucky I got the Wii one at Penney's outlet in Akron, OH for $10 last Friday. They had 2 of the Xbox at that time too but I bought the last Wii. I don't know if you have any outlets around and have not checked the regular stores....I thought $50-60 was way too much but $10 was the perfect choice...wish it held more games. Good luck, I hope you find them.

  6. No go at Arlington Rd. Target in Akron, OH. Everything still 30-50% with a FEW 75%. I too would have bet money that today was the day since they always do toys on Thursdays. Didn't see a single employee in the section.

Anyone else from the area hit up the Belden or Massillon Targets? I don't know if I wanna drive up there if they aren't 75% yet.

I checked Belden and Massillon about an hour ago and no go...bummer... I didn't find anything!

  7. I am doing the happy dance! I found many things in housewares today!

I was so excited as I had been watching a few of these things...and now my niece is going to get some great stuff, just hope she appreciates it...Woooo hooooo and the clerks at Target were so nice today in the Canton area, she scanned and smiled with my joy lol...

  8. I got so excited, what I meant was that someone on this forum that goes to the Massillon/Belden Targets too :)

I understood and felt the same way! I don't go to Massillon as much as it is a little farther but try to get to Belden/Arlington Rd every week except lately with all of these great tips on here I am going more to find more great deals. I get my workout running through the stores listening to my pedometer beep lol... I did notice our T were doing baby and young children clothes today...so it must be our schedule for Monday, didn't see much reduced in electronics. btw the tape measure I got was BlackandDecker auto tape reg 14.99 for 3.74 #085 06 0238 (I hope I did that right, I am just learning).

  9. Target in Massillon, Ohio still had toys 50% off, but some were 75%. They should go to 75 off this week. I did find some fantastic deals on Children's clothes today. 75% off or better!

I was in there today too but didn't see any toys for 75% off but I didn't scan many. I did get a nice tape measure for 75% off (last one) but didn't find any other bargains. I did notice they were cleaning out their kitchen dept but it is still 30% off, some nice stuff there if it ever makes it to 75% off. I also popped into the Belden one quick but I didn't buy anything there except they did have their Fuze at that one for 1.02 and I used a printed coupon for $ on Targets site. Seems like there are a lot of bargain hunters in our area...woo hoo!

  10. [

I found the 18V cordless drill that comes with an auto wrench (black and decker) 75% off today orig. $59.99 marked down to $14.95.

It is nice to meet someone else in the neighborhood. I don't go up to the Massillon Target much as it is a little farther, now I am regretting not as I would have loved this drill and of course even more the paper towels uggh. I hope the toys are marked 75% then even though I really don't need them as my kids are getting older but it is nice to have a few on hand for bday parties and of course all of those family birthdays! I probably will hit Arlington, Massillon and Belden Monday, I am going to have to see how far away Wadsworth is from me....I will never get anything done at home....ugh! At least I got the tape from Belden and a couple baby sleepers xmas the other day from Belden, they weren't happy about selling me the salvage but they did and I sure did the happy dance all the way to the car lol! Glad you found some bargains!

  11. Belden Target in Canton, OH had signs for toys 30% but everything I checked was 50%....didn't find any 75% or any great bargains ugh. I did find the tape yahoo! However when I scanned it couldn't find item, asked clerk and she asked manager and they said it was salvaged and no one seemed to know what to do as I found a couple of baby pj's too (like you said mixed in with the others)! Finally after two managers scratching their heads they gave it all to me 90% off woo hoo--I almost feel guilty I found 20 of the tape! Thank you, thank you for all of your help, I never would have found these 90% bargains without your "great wisdom"!
  12. I might venture to the Belden Target today to take a look around again, especially for the tape. I thought the Massillon, OH had quite a bit of toys, can't remember Arlington. I have never been to Wadsworth, might have to check out how far that would be...the hubby will really think I am nutso. I will post after I get back if I find out anything new! Arlington Rd. was starting to clearance some houseware things, sorry don't have codes of some bowls, collanders, spoons, etc but it was not in my bargain range yet but I have my eye on some Kitchenaid and Oxo products which would be great to get! My kids are getting older so toys aren't as much of a hunt for me but do have some nephews I look for...Good luck if you get out...
  13. Thanks so much, I never knew about the video coupons....so cool. I do find bargains at Riteaid too. I got the Listerine and some Lysol cleaning supplies this week already...looks like I will be back as I really want the Got2B. I am so glad I joined this site with other people just as crazy as I am!
  14. Wait wait...I went to the Target in Belden this morning and they were JUST marking some of the toys down to 50% at 11am. Which ones did you go to??

I went to the Targets at Belden, Arlington Rd and in Massillon, OH. It is nice to know someone else in the area! There were some toys that were 50% and some that were 30% at each of them. I didn't search extremely hard but did scan several things my kids might like some were 30 and some were 50....but I am trying to wait until 75%! I searched high and low at the xmas stuff but didn't find any of the great bargains of tape, paper towels and other goodies, maybe I will get lucky tomorrow but I think the snow might keep me away uggh.
