I had originally bought my tag books are walmart - then I checked walmart.com and they ALL were less. $13.97 in store vs $9.97 online...shipped site to store (no shipping costs). But it looks like Amazon is running a good promotion - good luck!

We have paid cash for all our purchases this year...what is making me smile is "how" much we spent on ourselves. The big ticket items had some really great deals - the week before black friday and on ... as for the nieces and nephews ... one nephew we bought a wii game and had shipped (free) directly to him (btw, keep an eye on Amazon - super deals), the others are getting $50. Our children are deployed so they were shipped "light" packages and our grandchildren don't really need anything. This year we decided to provide "Christmas" to a family ... always bought something for someone I didn't know but this is different. I can't tell you how exciting it has been to get the Zhu Zhu pets, asking people to keep an eye out (and they actually finding what I couldn't)...while shopping with my hubby, I asked if we could buy the family a Wii. He said I was going overboard but conceded to the purchase and if he still had reservations we would return it in a week - guess whose out buying games! LOL! All paid by cash, not doing the math ... and I am truly surprised that with the most precious people not "physically" part of the holiday this year-we are still excited, still buying a tree (which we didn't do last year), and really "feeling" what the holiday should be about. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

You are not alone-oh holiday shopper-I, too, bought the Wii games for that amazing low price ... my estimated pick-up date is around 12/11/09. Hopefully the line at "Customer Service" pick up will be minimal-LOL!

I'm a die hard BestBuy customer ... very long story but it will take an awful lot to change it ... anyway, once I found that the "stuff" I wanted back in stock I ordered online. I had some items shipped and some items picked up ... three items to be p.u. to be exact. Shopped around while I waited for the line to go down ... gave the fella my invoice ... and I saw Raymonds Raving Rabbits (for wii and stopped looking) got home and it's not the right game! It's the first one and I ordered the third - already home I called and the store and was asked to return tomorrow night for the exchange ( they asked if I could come back tonight but that wasn't happening)... just alittle heads up for you all who do store pick up - CHECK IT THOROUGHLY for once you sign - you sign that you received the items on the packing slip!

BB has them with a $30 gift card - sounds like Walmart is a better deal if there still in stock

I got the same notice on a couple of items ... not worried, for I'll still get them in time ... if not, a pic with a note will have to do - the savings was worth it. My family are older and that's a perk ...I can understand why so many would be upset ... BestBuy has always come through for me ... price matched when I found same item less somewhere else ... Hope yours do the same for you

Good For You BlackFrdayVet - Love the name! I was so hoping to get everything I wanted/needed online ... alas, poor planning on my part left me one item short-LOL! I know the web flyer said "in store" but when that laptop was pulled up on the website it said "not avail. in store and coming soon" since I got the rest of the much needed doorbusters I thought ... maybe ... certainly ... just one more little ol' item...Wrong - now, I just gotta wait for next weekend and see what BB get in -lol...Good times!

Okay, the new laptop at $197 stated earlier not in stores and coming soon... me poor peepers are being held open by really good blu-ray movies I haven't seen in a while ( highly recommend Man of Honor) now, BB, for all that is Holy, I've been very very good this year - RELEASE THE BLASTED THING SO I CAN GET SLEEP! I'm with you stckciv - anything is better than freezing ... and I gotta tell ya ... don't think I would have made the line early enough anyway. It was a great surprise to wake up find most of what I needed was available online with the price I wanted...missed out on the computer ... I see there is one HP notebook (mixed reviews) for $197 ... my son's girlfriend said she would reimburse me if I got it for her ... site says coming soon... it's only 10:52 p.m. and me eyes are closing fast...1 hr. and 8 minutes til' I can run to the quick check for a free med coffee ... I have the DC28 and I love it...my biggest problem with the unit was trying to figure out how to use the accessories ... once I figured it out I realized how simple it was and most likely the reason why NOTHING in mentioned in the "very limited" directions. You will not be dissappointed with a Dyson!
