I like the idea of a workshop. I figure a lot of people would find one both fun and informative, if a good presentation is made.
Maybe what we need is a "speakers bureau" where we "BF experts" offer to give a brief talk, maybe in exchage for a free dinner. Anyone want to prepare a slick PowerPoint presentation with tips and tricks? :)
On the other hand, are we sure we want to tell other locals how to get the doorbuster we are looking for?

Well if the rumor about TRU is true about opening @ 12 NO, I do not see sleeping in my near future. I'm always out the door at 2:30 a.m. to be at JCP by 4. You can sleep when you die!! I'd rather shop! :)

Call me crazy, but I just love shopping for it all on BF. I feel like that's when I get the best deals. I think I am addicted to BF shopping and this site.:)

Be careful about PM @ Target. I just spoke with a store manager at the one I shop @, and she said Target will NOT PM ads that are doorbusters or are only on sale say from 5-11 at another store. My WM, however, will. :)

I hope you took names to protect yourself.
Thanks for the advice, I called back and got names. They will really hate me when I whip out my notepad spouting off names, dates, and times of when I called, who I spoke with, and what I was told.

what a bunch of crap. The Walmart I normally shop at relocated and is no longer near all the stores I shop at on BF. They moved about 7 minutes away. They still will honor PM though. The closest WM though will NOT honor PM on BF. Why do they have to be so dang difficult.
Do what you SAY!!!! Oh, and guy also told me he doen't know what time they will open or any other details of BF

All of the police dispatchers that I know have to work on holidays if they fall on their regular days to work. You have a very good deal going on if you get all holidays off, as the officers surely don't.
Yea I know my hunny is a Police Officer and he's usually working on holidays. This year he's working Thanksgiving, but off on Christmas Eve and Day, so our boys will be thrilled to spend it with their daddy. Although I'm a Police dispatcher, I'm employed by the city and all full time city employees (with the exception of officers )get all paid holidays off. This year we are short though, and if they do ask me to work, I'm calling in sick!! lol Can't miss my BF shopping!!
