I was really hoping for the lego star wars AT AT walker to be on sale some where for a sweet deal and it has yet to be seen. My fiance picked up quite a bit last year from TRU but this year I think we are gonna skip it and get a TV at target.

So after looking at the ad this year, I am really disappointed. I thought that last year Toys R US had one of the better ads for the Black Friday season and this year IMO they dont really have to many great deals. Also another thing I dont like, is that the store opens at 10pm but some of the deals dont start till 5am?? So basically if I want a hot item I have to get there at opening (10 pm) and wait around in the store for 7 hrs to check out? yeah thats def not going to happen. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

i guess each target varies cause they told me they wouldnt price match, but this is the only target in 60 miles from me, so i dont have other options with out driving an hour. i am gettin in line in the mornin

yeah i do, i am not gonna fight with target. i would just rather camp out, have fun and get my tv

i checked and the manager said they would not price match items in there bf ad if i purchased them today.

i just went and checked my local target and they have the tv's on the floor but they are 429. i was tempted to buy it now, but one one would give me a def answer on price macthing

walmart would have to have a deal of a lifetime in order for me to go there. i try to stay away from wm on bf

i am checking taget in the morning to see if the tv is there, if thats the case i will buy it and just price adjust it. but i am sure corporate is aware of the ads and is pulling them off the floor.

do they atleast tell u where the stuff is or hand out maps or something?

I am thinkin that to, I really hope my target passes out vouchers or some kinda of flyers to prevent chaos

well i am off work for the week so i really don have to much else to do, i hope no one else is out there either and i will prob go out weds sometime... i would rather not be first in line, cause the media is big about that around here and i dont want cameras all in my face. but camping out is so much fun, we always do parking lot football games in the middle of the night

yeah there is one target within a 60 mile radius so it will be packed

i know best buy has a 15% stokcing fee

i live near a military town and if i showed up at 3am i would be a 100 or so back. .

I went to best buy last year cause i got some games and movies, but almost everything they have you can get at other stores for either cheaper or same prices....hell u can even get about the same prices now in ads

it might be a lil excessive I just want to make sure I am gonna get one for that price. but i will also go by if there are any other people lining up. unless walmart has better tv deals that 32 inch deal at target is price wise the best one out there by 50 bucks

i am gonna be in line before turkey day and make friends with people around me that way i can leave for dinner for a couple of hours and jump back in my spot where my tent is, i have done this before and people are really cool about it.

the xbox deal is a great deal but I already have one. yeah the notebooks were way off. I just got a acer for 329 and i had a 20 dollar coupon for best buy so i got it for 309 plus tax 3gb 160 hd... not to bad

Target is the campout spot this year. Hands down not even close.... The weather here in nc is only in the 40-50's at night around thanks giving so I think I can handle 3 days of it. Me and the GF talked it over and we are getting there at 8 am Weds unless we see people there before that time then we would go then. It works perfect for us cause I have the week off and she gets off Tuesday at noon. I am just curious what time everyone else is plannign to get there to try and get the 32 Tv or other item that they want????
