  1. LOL! That's exactly what I would say except I wouldn't say 'very nice'...to each their own. :) Everyone is different. What is wonderful for one, is crap for another...kwim? JMO! I have purchased from Coldwater Creek. I like some of their jean/slack styles. I am more of a Talbot's/Ann Taylor/Brooks Brothers/Soft Surroundings person. They have just as great sales and I've never had any issues with quality, whatsoever. They don't do so much of that stretchy 'travel' material that CC likes so much. If you've never shopped there and you have a location near you, try some of their things because you can just return to their store and get your $$ back.
  2. If you've never ordered from them...just be cautious, is my only word of advice. LOL! I find some of their things okay but other things, really cheaply made. Looks great online and then you get it in the mail and you're thinking "whaaaat?" I think their materials are fine for some things, and crap for others. LOL They do have great customer service.
  3. We belong to BJ's and Costco. I like them both for different things. Luckily, our memberships are comped by my husband's company. I don't use a lot of coupons, but I do use the coupons that I get in the booklet from BJ's each month. BJ's also takes reg coupons IIRC. I use my price book (where I write down the common things I buy, where I bought them, price per ounce etc)...so I check on bulk items. Sometimes it's a good deal and sometimes, it's really not. Really depends on what you buy. I like that I can use my Amex at both Costco and BJ's. It was one thing about Sam's Club that I didn't like, that I needed to use either the Discover card or cash/check. I don't carry cash or my checkbook on a regular basis, so I would often want to stop into Sam's Club and then remember I didn't have my checkbook or had to stop at an ATM for cash etc Not sure if that is still true for Sam's Club, it's been 10 years since I shopped there.
  4. It shows it in the order summary, you can see it before you actually have to click 'place order'.
  5. You can get Family Fun Magazine (or Cookie Magazine) for free if you set up a registry at OneStepAhead...FYI. https://www.onestepahead.com/registry/registry_home.jsp Just click thru to set up a registry. You then will probably have to log into your registry. Add something to the registry (not the shopping cart). I just set up a baby shower one, and added a baby toy to the registry...you will then end up at the page to accept the offer of a free magazine subscription.
  6. Okay I found it...I just googled. LOL It's thru Southern Living at Home. I actually did this last year, but the gal that I used totally messed up my subscription, overcharged me, we had way too many emails back and forth. It was just a mess. I'm sure not all people that sell stuff from Southern Living at Home are like this, but I'm steering clear. LOL
  7. Yes! Do tell! Inquiring minds want to know...
  8. A ha! Found this coupon for 20% Off! So you can get it for $11.97. Use Code: H4E7B3W
  9. It's also at Barnes & Noble for $14.97. There were some 10% coupons, but I think they've expired now. http://gifts.barnesandnoble.com/Magazine/All-You-One-Year-Subscription/e/2000003433773
  10. We have the wooden kitchen (and store) from Target. I forget the brand, but it's awesome! I really wanted something wooden, and not plastic. I know I didn't spend more than $100 on it, it's been 5 years though. It's held up extremely well and my neices now play with it when they come over. Target also had a lot of really cute accessories for both the kitchen and the store.
  11. Kohl's definately has a good selection. If you're really in a pinch you can try WalMart or Target.
  12. I'm not too picky about pillows either except that I like feather filled ones. I find other fillings make me very warm for some reason. I actually really like the Martha Stewart pillows from KMart. They go on sale often (they've got a deal going on right now), and they're awesome IMO! I bought some for a guest bedroom and I ended up using them myself and had to buy more for the guest bedroom! :) If you have a KMart near you, maybe check them out!
  13. We typically get all our lenses from 1800Contacts (3 in our family wear contacts). Our eye doctor happily hands out the rebate forms in the office. A friend of mine has been getting her contacts at Costco and claims better prices than online, but I have not checked that out yet. Really depends on the type of lenses though. As far as solution goes, you don't need to use a specific brand. So you can go with what works for you...JMO. We like the Alcon brand, but I'll buy the Renu products periodically when they're on sale. I typically buy our solution at Target or WalMart.
  14. I did return to some of the Targets near me and was able to pick up a lot of stuff in the regular isles like suggested (bubbles, chalk, doodle pro, kelly dolls, stuffed animals etc)! Thanks!
  15. The two WalMarts near me were at 50% yesterday for all their Easter stuff.
  16. Hi! I'm new... :) I am so disappointed in my two Targets as well. Nothing left! Just a few toy items, hardly any candy etc I always buy those bags of plastic eggs at the Easter Clearance and neither of my Targets had any! I even went to WalMart, and they didn't have any either. It's really strange. I LOVED Easter Clearance at Target!
