I just got back from my store in NJ. There was no markdown activity at all. All the small appliances in kitchen/ housewares were still at mostly 30 percent off. They have been changing around the usual department markdowns the last couple of weeks. I wish I could figure out a pattern.

I checked the bulk section in my two closest stores today and it was gone and replaced by outdoor furniture/lawn & garden:(. Funny thing is yesterday they both had the big bulk items like the lamps, barstools, silverware and today it was all gone. I checked all over the store too. The bulk food was gone too and they had a bunch last night. I wonder if they just put it in the back to make room for the reset or salvaged it. I'm glad I found some food at 50 off at another store yesterday. The bulk health & beauty was on the end caps in that section, but most was 30 off. Has anyone seen the bar stools, stainless silverware or corelle plates at 75 off?

It was the Rockaway, NJ Target. I also went to East Hanover and some Valentines things were ringing 90 percent while others were INF. Bulk foods were at 50 percent...oatmeal, pudding snack packs. Jif peanut butter 2 packs were 75 off.

Valentines was INF at my store in NJ today.

I found most of my 90 percent Valentines clearance in the regular aisles. Barbie travel cups, notecard tins, gift bags and post-it's were on an end display in toys. Bubbles were with the Summer toys and in a pink bottle with boy & girl Cupids. Dove candy was mixed in with the regular candy. Striped place mats were on an end cap in the Domestics section. A pink pig piggy bank with white hearts was on an end cap with the Easter piggy banks.

I scanned it yesterday...it was $5.00, so not 90 percent like the other Ken/Barbie stuff.

Do they have any lights left in Rockaway? I was there on Sat. and they had a decent amount. I'm not going to bother with 90%...if it even happens...if the lights are all gone. Do any of you Northern, NJ shoppers remember when toys went 75% last year...was it a Wednesday or a Thursday?

Does anyone have a guess when the craft sets, markers, crayons...will be marked down again?

Tons of make-up was clearanced to 75% off today. Some was free with the Loreal insert and printable coupons. Possible free Revlon too with the Target and manufacturer coupons.

I posted about finding that tent at 75%. My store clearanced the camping a couple of weeks ago, so I would imagine it has been salvaged or is back at full price now or is the newer model if still on the shelves. Like a previous poster said, online and in store are usually not the same.

Does anyone know if any NJ stores (Middlesex County and North) have the Leapsters at 75% off. I checked yesterday and they were still $39.99.

I didn't bring it in from the car yet. I'm going to check about the filters tonight. It is going to come in handy during this allergy season.

I picked up the Filtrete Air Cleaner today at 75% off. It was around $30. Sorry I don't have the receipt with me now.

I found this thread during the January toy clearance and have been hooked ever since. I guess electronics and automotive were the last 2 Departments to be clearanced out. Does anyone know what is typically next? I was hoping that adult bikes would be on clearance. I saw posts about them on sale in other parts of the country, but I'm in NJ and they have been full price.

I went to two Targets...the first one at 8 AM. It was already pretty wiped out. I did manage to get 2 Littlest Pet Shop decorate a pets, a Fisher Price Shake-n-Go car, a pirate lego(small box), a Star Wars lego pack (small bag), some air foil kites and two of the chair cushions mentioned in the above post. If anyone sees 2 more, please let me know:) The second Target I went to still had a bunch of stuff at 9:30 AM. I got a couple of Littlest Pet Shop Spring pets, 2 My Little Ponies, 2 Doodle Pro's, 2 Etch a Sketch's, an Elmo bubble Easter basket, 2 small Disney See-N-Says, a Tek 6 Foam Dart Gun, a larger Skyfoil kite, another Fisher Price Shake-N-Go car, 6 pack of My Little Pony Easter eggs (really wanted some of these for next Easter), some Play Dough eggs, a plush throw, a couple of kitchen hand towel sets and a bunch of M&M's, Butterfingers, Snickers and Lifesavers candy.

Thanks so much to everyone for posting their finds:) I've been watching for the Sony 8 inch pink DVD player to drop to 50% and it finally did: 057150012 NCF DVPFX82 89.98 I found the last one at my store this week, but maybe there are more at other stores. They were hanging around for a while with the Polaroid dual screen 8 inch ones.
