ooh.. this was a good find , thank you. the cupcakes toys i found in the baby section and directly across in the toddler toy section.. my store had tons. I also found the disney memory games. so much stuff this year.. also hello kitty bib .39 and cap .39 in baby section. tons of tights and girls socks and womens socks in regular sections .29-.80. i got 2 scarves1.49 the dark blue/green. and the peach with swans. earmuffs were a fun find for my 5 year old, and hair clips.. all with that silver label...the cool thing about all the socks, scraves, any of the silver tag really was that none of it looks xmas at all! oh and pj's too for 2.49.

ok. i hit up 3 targets in the area. the 39 cent star war ship lego does not contain a mini figure.. the others do. i'm up about 50 sets now.. i figure trick or treaters AND party goody bags for the next 2 years!

Thank you for posting on the lego deal. My store had Atlantis and City for 39 cents each. I was the lego horder! I think i got about 25 sets... I just can't decide, treat bags, or for school, or give em' out to trick or treaters next year!

I was at the shorewood, IL store this am. lots of activity in toys, carts piled up for resetting and moving toys to the back. no markdown team in site. this store has gone on a wednesday before, but was the only one in the area. may check another store later this afternoon.

Score!! tons of wine and liquor marked 50% off, good enough for me! Whites and reds ranging from $4.29-and up. stocked up for the summer and parties. my store didn't have any tequila left but saw, beer, gin, vodka, wine, ect all marked 50% off.

Exacty the same with me... I was lucky to stop in at 11am but it had been pretty picked over.. Wasn't expecting it at all.

my store had space police legos, atlantis sets, lots of bionicle guys, plus a few duplos only 50% off.

My store was 75% this am. just got home.. it has never gone this early nor on a wednesday before. I didn't get too much cause i'm stocked! all the train sets were gone, legos were only 50%. I did get a paul frank scooter, $14.XX, a dora doll house $19.XX, the small furniture packs to go with it. a big set of barbie furniture with a barbie, marked down to 14. XX, lots of dora dolls, red box toys and others left

I found planters 23 ounce cream brûlée almonds in regular aisles 59 cents!!!

I saw downers grove on 63rd and finley at 90, willowbrook on route 83 at 75%. although i mainly shop shorewood and joliet. the store in lemont and romeoville can be great unshopped finds.

Thanks everyone for posting their finds..I LOVE IT!! I had 1 store 90% today.. but the other still 75% I found more toddler PJ for all the nieces, nephews, friends, and mine. Plus tons of those paul frank socks, 1 tape, $2.49 nick and nora PJs in the Womens. (unmarked all) Now if i can only stay away from the toy sale... we really don't need anything.. these kids have too many toys!

The pjs are not marked in the toddler section.. Girls pink two pack carters with santas, nick and nora blue/santas on rockets, green w/ snowmen sledding and red w/ sock monkeys. Only the toddler section not the kids were ringing as Xmas.

Has anyone seen toddler pajamas like last year? the only ones i'm spotting are the 2 pack carters girls with santa's on them, not marked but ringing 50% off (coded as an x-mas item). all nick and nora i scanned are ringing full price.

If you call and ask about a specific toy ... With the dcpi # you will get the correct answer if they are further marked down. It works... Just say you are checking the price or stock...Use an item you know they have tons of.. Or one you really want.

No go on the toys here either...

I have been told.. markdowns can vary between stores. cause it depends on how much stock is left.. and how well the item has sold. it's a formula.. so it's not just screwy. that's why some of us have different 75% off items this week.

According to store employees.. INF, means you can offer anything $5.00 or less. and the cashier should except the price, if they don't ask for a manager. if you try a $1, they will try $1.50 , it's negotiable .. and you will get it. it's company policy.
