  1. This is a HUGE problem at Walmart. I can't tell you how many times I've found an empty shelf, had someone scan it, found they have more in the back.....but they have no idea WHERE to find them. Not a problem at Target or a Toys R Us.
  2. Woohoo! Just got back. I have a ton of walmart stores around me and went to three. Layton, UT: They pulled all of the Skylanders swap force and Disney Infinity starter packs from the shelves. I asked and they said they're not allowed to sell them until 8 a.m. tomorrow. Riverdale, UT: They have a TON of Swap Force sets for all systems. They had the sale signs and they're ringing correctly. They said they were limiting it to one per person for tonight. They only had a couple of the Infinity sets left, and not the xbox 360 I was looking for. They scanned the shelf and said the Wall Ave. store had them. I bought the Swap Force for the xbox 360 at this store and they didn't even flinch at my $10 coupon! Yippee! $27!! Ogden, UT: They had one set out for each system. The sale signs were up and it did ring correctly. I bought the Infinity for Xbox here. Thank you so much for all the info, everyone! :-)
  3. They're not price matching bf ads on the 22nd...they're going to have select items for sale at the advertised bf prices. So, you won't need the ads from the other stores for these items. The Skylanders set, etc, will be listed at the sale price.
  4. "On Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and any of their shopping trips, customers can take advantage of the everyday ad match policy* available at Walmart stores. If a customer spots a lower price on an advertised item, and comes into a Walmart store during the same day and time that the competitor’s ad is valid, Walmart will match the price at the register." "Christmas Ad Match" is the term they're using regarding adjusting prices on items you have already purchased when you find a lower price. They're saying that, on BF, they will not give the difference back for items you've already purchased prior to that day. They WILL, however, price match items you are buying THAT DAY...during the times the prices are valid in the competitors ad. Basically, no adjustments on prior purchases with Black Friday ads.
  5. You'll probably have to go directly to their coupon page first. Go to www.target.com The COUPONS tab is currently a little ways down in the right side if the homepage. Click on it. Once you're on the coupon page, click on ELECTRONICS on the left side of the page. The iPod coupon will be on the page that loads. You'll have to install their coupon printer before it will print. If you're signed up for their mobile coupons you can text KIDSGIFTS to 827438 to receive the same coupon.
  6. FYI...I've already done the above deal to get this ipod at Target for one of my kids. It was $295 - 10% coupon - 5% RedCard discount - $25 gc back. I was pretty confidant it would be the cheapest I'd be able to find it before Christmas. And, no standing in line! :-) I believe it's a weekly deal that is good through this Saturday.
  7. Yes! It's a little better at Target right now as there's also a 10% off printable coupon on their website! You can use it and still get the $25 gift card back. I'm not sure this will work...but here's a direct link to the printable electronics coupons: http://coupons.target.com/electronics-coupons There is also the same 10% coupon that came in a recent batch of text coupons.
  8. WOW! I am SHOCKED by the dinner time opening! I love the thrill of black Friday but don't want to be shopping when it's still LIGHT OUTSIDE!
  9. I was at Wal-mart this evening. I asked a woman at the customer service desk if she happened to know what time their sale was starting on black Friday. She said she didn't but asked the employee next to her. This woman said, "it's not black Friday...it's Thanksgiving. I THINK our sales are starting at 7pm. I also work at Old Navy and I know for a fact the sale there starts at 7." I'm very anxious to find out if she's correct!
