nevermind... I got it to work. I unclicked the "promotional discount" thinking I had to sign up for the credit card or something but I figured out that the promotional discout was the gold box deal!

I did... still showing up for full price at check out! The 2 items I added has "claimed" next to the availability %

I ordered mine last Friday. I missed this deal but ordered the Blu Ray one with 25% off and free shipping so it only cost me $38.xx. I got my shipping confirmation on Monday, but it doesn't give an ETA... shipping from KY and being in Idaho, I think I should get it next week, but I am hoping I have it for the weekend!
