Thank you that is very helpful, Over at the BB were we are at there are already 5 tents camped out. When I saw them today I thought "wow, how early am I gonna have to get in line for the TV's...Now I can check.

So much of shopping for me is the physical aspect... feeling the items, knowing they are securely under thumb, examining and evaluating the quality of the product... that unless it's an electronic or something I have already seen in person, I don't really like shopping online. I wish I could combine the best of both worlds and price comparison shop while in the store with a droid or iphone!
I find the BF "experience" sort of jump starts the whole holiday season for me. It is more than just buying an item. It's pyschological. I got up early, stood in line to buy something someone I love really wanted...and hopefully cheap. You can't get that on-line. I go with friends and talk to strangers. After we are all done, we go out to breakfast, go home and take a nap. It's more than the purchase for some of us.
I feel the same way. It's also instant gratification, online shopping can't give you that.

I just look at the target ad and it says that it's a 1TB desktop hard drive or a 500 MB portable hard drive.
So I would think that the 1TB one is an internal and the 500 MB one is an external USB drive.
Thanks, I think that I will now consider the WM one instead of the Target one!

Sorry for such a silly question but Its been a while since I shopped on Black Friday.
Oddly enough I had the same question, but never asked cause I felt silly. I never needed the ads because I just use Gottadeal to see them.

yes...... I think walmart is gonna blow everyone out of the water ........... So far target and staples are the "IT" places this year.... especially since BB has the WORST ad ever. I think walmart will easily beat target, BB staples and anybody else who tries to compete with them. Just my opinion
I sure hope so! BB has lost me to Target for this black friday, If Walmart has a better deal than Target on the TV I will most definitly be going to WM!!

BB obviously must be doing so well they don't need customers this year.
My thoughts exactly, I look forward to black friday with the intention of "saving money" not "spending money." The ad is very disappointing!

lol I actually coudnt figure out why it would be offensive. So did not even think of "black" in that term as "african american"
I really thought they were "offended" cause you inferred they needed to shop on that day to get things cheaper...LOL

Yes to make them happy my wife will drop them off for an hour or so just so they THINK they were on line for Black Friday, but they are home sleeping by the time the action really starts.
It's the same with me. We take them for a little while in the beginning because since our whole family goes they like to feel like they are part of the excitment, but by the time we go in the store they are already home sleeping.

If we do BB this year I'll be at the Arapahoe/University store. Have you camped at BB here yet? We moved from Milwaukee Four years ago and I've yet to camp at BB in Denver. I'm just wondering how early the lines typically start... :)
I usually end up going to the BB at Denver West by Colfax, My family gets there by thanksgiving day and there is usually already someone camped out.

This is exactly why year after year Black friday seems to be loosing the magic that it once held for me, how far are these stores going to take it? Pretty soon it wont be black friday anymore but black Wednesday or thursday...seriously...
