Just call the third party seller directly that you want to return the product. In my case they mailed me a return label. I printed it, pasted it on box and dropped the box in a UPS dropbox. They credited entire amount back within 5 days. So, no shipping paid by me.

Do a reset from the back and then it will ON. I did that for my both.

i ordered 2 just because of curiosity and got them today. None of them functioning correctly. Touch panel is not working in one and buttons are not working in other.
