  1. My Mom called to let me know that Christmas went 75% today and that the Starbucks Holiday blend coffee bags was ringing up at $1.99 a bag. I was just at Target a couple of days ago and bought a few things at 50% and didn't see much worth going back for, but when she told me about the coffee I threw the kids in the car and ran to the clearance section. I got eight bags and handed the rest to another woman who wanted to know what I was so excited about. I also got gift sets for $2.50 each and tissue paper for .44. In the regular food section mixed in with the reg Goldfish were Holiday boxes with trees and stockings. They weren't marked clearance, but were ringing up .87 for the 11 oz box. Scoped out the toys and they are still at 30%, but they were consolidating everything. Also found a few items at 15% in the baby section, but didn't look too close at anything.

    ###Holiday Goldfish 11oz box .87

    ###Starbucks Holiday blend coffee $1.99

    ###tissue paper .44

###Target gift sets $2.50 were $10 found lantern/flashlight combo for the kids to use in their tents and a tabletop disco ball.

###Amaryllis planter gift set with bulb $2.50 was $10

  2. Are there any deals on the Snuggie right now? I missed the bf deals because I wasn't looking for one, but my dh and I have decided to get one for his grandmother who is always cold even though she lives in Fla. I have seen them for around $15 at Target. Anything better than that out there before I buy one? Thank you so much!
  3. I bought the Rose Petal Cottage on-line for $50 on BF and was able to get a price adjustment today. I also picked up the sink today as well.

I like to research most of what I buy before I make any big purchases and I read a lot of reviews on this before I decided to buy it. It got a lot of very positive reviews. It looks so cute and for $30 you can't beat it. I have read that you should read the instructions carefully when putting it together and have a partner to help you with it. A couple of reviewers mentioned an on-line video on how to assemble it that helped them. I haven't found it yet, but its on my list of things to look into this week. Also, some said it was easy to tip over and best used up against a wall. I was planning on putting this in the corner of my dd's room so that shouldn't be an issue for me. I don't think this is something I would have purchased at full price, but I am so excited to have gotten one today for $30! I can't wait to see my little girl's face on Christmas morning!

  4. I got a price adjustment on the Rose Petal Cottage today. I purchased it on-line on BF for $50 and it went on sale for $30 today. So I took it with me just in case I had to return it and rebuy and they gave me a PA no problem. It was in the form of a store credit since I had purchased on-line, but that was fine with me since I had some other purchases to make there today.
  5. I prefer to buy pieces rather than complete sets. I have two Calphalon non-stick saute pans, an All-Clad saute pan and pot, several Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron pieces including a Dutch oven and covered pots and a couple old-fashioned cast iron skillets. They all get used often and have been used for years with no problems. Cast iron requires a little work in the beginning to season, but just gets better and better over time.
  6. I bought the Scooby Doo and Spongebob books at Walmart this past Sat for $10 each. I had a $5 coupon from the Wendy's kids meal bag good for either the Tag reader or any Tag book that made them $5 each. I think Ni Hao Kai Lan was also $10. I think this sale may be just good this week, but I'm not positive. The Tag book section was a wreck at Walmart! It was pretty empty and I got my two books and there were only one left of each book that I picked up. I've also heard that Kmart has some Tag books on clearance for $6. I haven't been by to check it out yet. I can't seem to get out without my kids in tow! I heard they are in a separate clearance section and I have no idea what the titles are. I'm hoping to find a book or two and use my $5 Wendy's q's to make them $1.
  7. The only Leapster coupons that I am aware of are only good for the online Leapfrog site. There is one for $5 that comes with the Wendy's kids meal. It is in the bag with the kids toy in the plastic. There is also a $5 off $30 Leapster game purchase coupon on the Leapfrog website that I think you have to sign up for.

As far as deals on the actual games I don't know. I have been thinking I'd like to get the Leapster2 for my son, but I think I should have thought of that a little earlier since I haven't seen any deals on it since BF.
